Solid materials that feel a durable product to attach to ceiling trusses. Exact angle and size needed for vaulted ceiling. husband said very straightforward easy to install. We are confident this is strong enough to support 60" or more large ceiling fan in great room. Pics before drywall and after painting (likely not helpful but added anyway!) We are still building so no final pic yet with fan.....a great price point for the usability and function of this fan box. quality.

Works for steep ceiling pitches
Works for our steep slope ceiling pitch. Looks great after some paint and a fan hanging down from it. Simple solution.

Fits needs
This looks great, and really fit the need. The instructions are not very well written, but the installation was pretty straightforward. I successfully installed 2. I would recommend.

Strongest unit to date
This unit is heavy and beefy. I would definitely purchase again. Buying locally had lower quality and was more expensive than buying this unit.

Works perfectly!
The electricians were supposed to mount a fan when building our new house, but they said they couldn’t due to the peak. So I had to do this myself after construction. It’s a little tough to get it perfectly square when dealing with a vault, but I’m very happy with the results. Very sturdy. We painted it with ceiling paint to blend in better.

Must have for vaulted ceilings
These are a must have for vaulted ceilings. They are a little pricey, but worth the money. They were easy to install and came with clear instructions. Drywall goes right up to them and they are paintable. Fans mount perfectly and the finished product looks good.
