It works great.
I am over the moon pleased. This remote works!! I have a older Visio T.V. This replaced an old remote that was at least 20 years old. Quick delivery. Strong built and one of the best purchases ever.

Poor quality, misrepresented.
This item did not arrive as pictured. It is clearly a cheap knockoff of the original from Direct TV. I wish I could give it no stars. The Direct TV logo does not appear anywhere on this item. The buttons are small and too close together. The feel of the buttons is inconsistent and sometimes they have to be pushed multiple times before they work. The text on the buttons is too small to read. This remote is no better than the old worn out one that it was supposed to replace. It was inexpensive and only required batteries to work with my TV, but otherwise it is a total fail.
