Easy to use not sticky. Fast and effective no smell and taste is about the same as the bottle. I like these for vacationing traveling because they travel easy and take up less space in suitcase. TSA doesn't give you a hard time with the small packs like they do when traveling with the bottle. Quality is exactly the same as bottle so value is also the same. I don't use it for pain so I can't say it gives pain relief.
