Earbuds look and feel very nice, sound and ANC are great. Very convenient app. Only downside - a bit quiet so you would need to turn the sound up

By far best sound among earphones however in terms of reliability it’s the worst . I bought the product twice . First time, one of the sides stopped working after 4 months, got it replaced. Second time, after 2 months , same issue again! Not sure how can they release such product to the market with such a price tag and horrible reliability.

When it works it is fine but after a month of regular usage bluetooth stopped connecting. It is very buggy. Sometimes connects sometimes doesn't. It has to be in the mood for it. Sound quality is alright but not that much better than Samsung Buds 3 pro

Bought on Nov 30, 2024, left earbud stopped working 15 days ago, after 5 months use. Sound quality was good before the issue. Hope left earbud gets repaired/replaced soon. I live in UAE-Abu Dhabi, I found ticket creation process a bit complicated for this product in my region. Update: Sennheiser Turkey (although I purchased from Amazon UAE) replaced defective item with a new one. Hope the new one lasts longer.

This is not the first earbuds from Sennheiser it's amazing. However this one came dirty and used and opened box.

Good Ear buds but not working in iphone 16 pro max.

So, I came from Sony xm4s which fried (loved those buds) I was stricken with whether to upgrade to the Sony xm5 or switch off. Found this in comparison videos and glad I did. These are better than xm4s. If you were comparing both I know it's a hard comparison. The battery is great, noise canceling is better than the Sony 4. With music playing you can't really hear the world (even walking next to heavy traffic. I took a call next to a busy road and the caller told me it almost sounded like I was in a quiet room assuming I was still at work though I was next to the road which is interesting. I could hear her perfectly fine too. I haven't played with their equalizer it's stock right now. I was a bit conflicted by sound quality initially. It sounded good but I felt something was slightly missing. I changed the standard on my phone to the hi res aptx. I have a Samsung s22 ultra (upgrading to s24 ultra soon) and the quality improved despite hearing Samsung shouldn't support that. Unless it's better but not true res or there was a supporting update idk. But it sounds just about flawless. Idk what the Sony xm5 sounds like but I know the controversy surrounding it. All in all I'm very happy. Also, I haven't noticed any hissing sound I've heard past reviewers mention though I heard an update addressed it. I'm very very happy.... last thing only negative. Sometimes they do wear on my ears. My ears do get tired (sometimes) a bit bulky but they fit very good. I don't have small ears, if you do Goodluck. ***Update- about 2 years later. So these bad boys fried roughly 2 years in started crackling and audio went out. They were used daily and very heavily for many hours. What I can say is I've dropped them several time on concrete etc. They been out with me in the conditions. I live in Vegas. I believe what fried them eventually was heat and possibly sweat getting inside. They fried one at a time right then days later the left. Luckily It was prime day and I got my new ones the next day after the left went out a wopping 150 dollars cheaper for 200. I usually always upgrade when I need to so this is rare for me to pick up the same pair that fried on me. However my experience with them was phenomenal. Nothing lacking. Case always sturdy reliable just darken with age and wear but still looks good despite it being a fabric feel. Sound quality great throughout the 2 years. It literally felt like im putting my old pair back in with the new ones. So.. why I didnt upgrade to another brand? Couldn't find any worthy to fit my preferences, and I do very heavy research. The sennheiser buds stayed strong till the end. Again I believe the elements eventually caught up to it. Fit and sound is always subjective but these were always great for me. Hope to make these last and upgrade beyond this pair. Side note im splurging on over ear headphones for my at home podcast/ music from beyerdynamics. I aaaalmost picked up the HD 660s2 from sennheiser which im still drawn to but wanted the more premium headset build. These earbuds are my go to daily. Went from copper to black as shown in pictures.

With the personalized sound profile in the app, music really sounds really more engaging through these earphones than some others I have had before.

So I encourage you to do your own research as everyone's preferences are different. I don't write a lot of reviews but I felt compelled to leave a review for these Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 Smart Earbuds. I did a lot of research before buying these as I'm a bit of an audiophile and have a particular taste in sound. I listen mostly to electronic music and I DJ and also use the Sennheiser HD 25 Plus Professional Monitoring Headphones daily in my home studio. I wanted a set of earbuds that fit my particular style and taste in music. After much research and reading reviews I was still unsure if these were the correct choice since I was seeing some negative reviews. I decided to take my chances and ordered them. Let me just say that once I got them and tried them out I was instantly blown away. I wanted something was was as clear as my Kali Audio Studio Monitors and for an earbud they produced just that. These things are incredible and sound amazing. I can hear all the intricate sounds in all the tracks I play. They are the best sounding earbuds I've ever owned. The drivers are quick and responsive and for house music Sennheiser really understands bass. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. As I mentioned everyone's preferences are different so don't take my word for it and try them out for yourself. If you prefer a more mass market type of earbud with heavier bass that drowns out the highs and mids you may want to look at something like the Sony WF-1000XM6 but these Sennheiser's are perfect for what I was looking for. I figured I'd also take the time to clear up a few things I read about in some negative reviews which confirmed to me that you can't trust reviews online. First one was about the Mutipoint connection when connecting to 2 different devices at the same time. People were complaining about these earbuds disconnecting and reconnecting from. Their devices constantly. I believe that it's just user misconfiguration because mine work flawlessly. Then I seen someone give these a 1 star review because when they received them the battery was fully drained. Omg, how dare Sennheiser not pull all stock from shelves, ship them back to the factory, unpackage them all, recharge them, repackage them and ship them back to the store every few weeks/months so Karen doesn't have to connect a USB cable when she gets them and can listen to her tunes the second she opens the packaging. Shame on you Sennheiser, we expected more! Seriously... These people should have their internet privileges taken away prlermanently. It's actually better for the batteries to not have them sitting at full charge on the store shelves for that long. There are people who use reviews like a megaphone to voice their opinions before doing any research themselves and don't realise that a company isn't designing them for them alone. Anyway. Hope this helps anyone looking to purchase a good set of earbuds. Sound quality was my number 1 concern and these sound amazing. Take some time and do your own research to match your own preferences and find a set that has the features you are looking for in a set of earbuds. I'll just give a big thumbs up to Sennheiser for this great product and look forward to trying out more of your products in the future.
