Very impressed so far! Only been a week so can’t speak to longevity but my prior 12000 BTU AC would never get my room below 65. This thing got my room down to 63 with the door open! Remote is basic but works well. It is quieter than another window AC we have owned, though it does often start off with a few noises but settles out within a few minutes.

Best air conditioner I’ve ever bought. The remote is so helpful. The air blows cold. Shuts on and off to keep the selected setting temperature. The “just fan” setting allows you to blow in fresh air. The timer works great. It is not loud. It raises my electric bill if I run it from morning to evening by $30 a month.

This ac puts out really cold and lovely air. I am not very technical, as you can probably tell, but it cools several rooms if you just leave the doors open. Simply works. easily installed and minutes to cold, fresh air!

We put this in our small camper. It works very well so far. Only complaint is that is noisy. It comes on for a short burst and them comes on until the camper reaches temperature. UPDATE: Customer service contacted us on this AC and advised us on the way to use the AC in extreme heat. It has made a difference in the level of noise. It does put out an acceptable amount of cool air.

Sproutup Tool advertised this as prime shipping and got the notification that it was delayed 6 days and they won't do anything about it. I'm sure the AC itself is fine but choose another seller other than Sproutup Tool if you expect your product to be delivered at all close to the time it said it was supposed to. I wish I had read the reviews on the company before purchasing from them. There is a clear trend.

Works great. My only complaints are it defaults to ECO mode when turned on and then it immediately cycles on and off. Not sure why anyone would even want that mode. It's simple to turn it off but should be an option to bypass that mode and I don't know if there is or not. Only other complaint is the sliding seal parts seem kinda cheap. I'm sure they can be upgraded easily enough but it would've been nice if they were better quality.

Great AC and great price

This is gonna sound crazy, but it died after two years. However, it ran 7 x 24 because I used it in a not 100% sealed metal garage in South Florida. I would say this thing has a 10 year life expectancy in a normal situation lol
