Good 8xAA battery holder.
Nice packaging (see video from other reviewer). The case seems to be good quality plastic. Alkaline batteries fit perfect. Metal parts OK, good contact between them and the batteries.Haven't tried it with rechargeable batteries yet. If I do, I'll update this review.It has a sliding lid. There is a little hole, it is obviously designed for a tiny screw which would keep the lid in its place, but the screw is not provided. I'm sure almost everyone has one in their junk box, anyway.This case meets my requirements and does exactly what's intended for.

There are a quantity of 2 in the box and no screw to secure the battery door though it isn't needed
Exactly what I needed and am very impressed with the build quality for the price it also has a power switch used this to build an automatic light system for my safe

Worked better than expected.
I used the battery pack to power LED lights in my safe. The pack worked better than expected. I am pleased with this purchase.
