This is a nice set at a good price. I break my workout into heavy sets followed by finishers of low weights/high reps to failure (to fatigue the muscle). Adding these occlusion bands to my bicep and tricep finisher sets has been a solid addition with noticable results.

Simple, easy on/off, perfectly sized, a great tool in the bodybuilding arsenal. A bit concerned about durability, as the velcro began shredding the base after three uses. But that's a small quibble for this price point, or perhaps I just got a bad pair. Still mostly satisfied with this purchase.

Great product. Easy to tighten. Durable. Have increased biceps/triceps by 2.5 inches since using bfr bands (a bit over a year)

Much better with plastic ring rather than buckle prevents nipping your skin plus much quicker to put on and take off 👍👍👍

I haven't tried any others and thought I would try BFR training as part of normal strength training. They fit well with no discomfort. Have used for about 10 sessions and the hook and loop attachments (the part that worried me the most) still seem in good order with no fraying/coming undone.
