Works great with my inversion table
Having a bad back I have tried to use my inversion table to help. Unfortunately, it hurts my ankles and knees too much.Using this dip belt and a yoga strap, I was able to use this as an inversion belt and it works great. :) I just took a yoga strap and wrapped in around the foot pad at the right height. Then I took the strap that was included with this belt and put it through the yoga strap. I leave my feet in the normal place in case something bad would happen I could catch myself with my feet. Inversion belts are 200, this much cheaper and I and my back our happy.

Great belt that is heavy duty and built to last
Great belt that is heavy duty and built to last. I suffer chronic back pain and can no longer load my spine in movements like squats or deadlift. This belt has allowed me to load up weight for split squats, standard squat, even cable squat and use on a belt squat machine. I waited several months to see how the belt held up before I reviewed and am very please. Full disclosure, I am a 5'10" female and have only loaded the belt with about 75-100lbs for any given excersise. I only wish that they added more attachment pieces to the front and sides. I suppose it could be because of the size of my waist but there is no symmetrical way to attach weight hanging front to back. To perform many of the lifts i do, using the side attachments impedes movement through the exercise and rubs on clothing and legs. I address this by roating the belt 90 degrees so that the side hooks are then in the front and back, but as I mentioned they aren't symmetrical to my waist and cause the plates to hang a bit awkwardly to one side. If the sides had 2 hooks close together on both sides of the belt it would be perfect. There are zero signs of wear after several months of use several times a week. I am very pleased with the product and the possibilities it offers me in my workouts. Thanks so much Iron Bull Strength!

I'm impressed... so about the strap
The belt is good I use it for dips, sled pulls and other things. I don't think people that complain about the strap get that... 1. Of course it's going to fray if you use it with weights that constantly move. 2. If this had a chain with it, it would be more. When I bought this Inalready had straps and chains. Yeah it is a bit short. I adapted. It has pulled some good weight though. 400-600lbs But again, it wasn't constantly rubbing on heavy weights. When I got this I was looking for a good affordable way to pull a sled without the feeling of the front of my body being caved in.

It's only been a few weeks of using this belt three times per week and I can feel my legs getting stronger and my mobility is progressing nicely. Would definitely recommend to anyone with weak legs ...
Started using this product for belt squats to strengthen my quads after realizing arthritis in my knee and ankle. What a difference! It's only been a few weeks of using this belt three times per week and I can feel my legs getting stronger and my mobility is progressing nicely. Would definitely recommend to anyone with weak legs (for squatting purposes) where isolating the quadriceps is a priority.

Great belt for the price. Awesome multi-use flexibility.
Great product for the price. My gym always had a raggedy old leather and chain weight belt available for dips and Pull-Ups, but after it either broke or someone decided to make it theirs that was the end of it. I initially wanted it for pull-ups and dips only, but have started using it when doing squats and deadlifts as well. It is a little thin as a weight belt, but for me, provides more than the necessary support. I wear a size 32 waist and only have a little belly. 😁 Ordered a medium but probably could have gone with a large, probably would have been fine either way. Only been using a month, but have been extremely happy so far. 👍

Heavy duty belt
Heavy duty construction for the belt. I can see the weight bearing strap not lasting long but I am OK with that as I will get a link chain later on to replace it. Perhaps, it something they should think about in the future. Unless they're trying to keep prices down for components and shipping costs down due to weight. Careful with sizes. The small is a lot smaller than they describe. I returned the small one because it stated that it was for 31" waist and it turned out to be too small. The medium fits perfectly.

One Happy Customer
This is a fantastic product and the customer service is even better. I bought this belt through Amazon and they failed to include the strap. Amazon was no help as they just wanted me to return it claiming the strap was no longer available. I contacted Iron Bull and they got the strap sent out to me right away. The belt fits well and is very robust. I love the flexibility - I use it for squats and weighted dips. I only wish I could give Iron Bull more stars for their service.

The best belt ever, though the nylon strap does not last
I just purchased this belt for the second time after having purchases my first over 3 years ago. I didn't even NEED to replace it, I just though it was time. I work out 2-3 hours for 5-6 days every week, and this belt has been amazing. I wear it for nearly every workout, both for support and to strap on additional weight for elevated push ups, dips, pull ups, you name it. It's the most comfortbale belt I've ever tried, while also being the sturdiest. That said, the nylon strap broke after about 1 year of collecting my sweat and bearing all the additional weight I'd add to it. I had to buy other belts just to get their metal chain straps to use with this belt. But those belts were all inferior in every other respect. Get this belt, then couple it with an actual metal chain = a belt that will last you longer than 3 years, and will be the most comfortable ot wear while offering the best support.

Great belt let down by the weight strap.
Great belt let down by the poor weight attachment strap. Only have 20kg on when doing pullups and dips.Update on this belt after a years use. The strap ripped within weeks. But there is a simple way to continue using this belt. Two Caribbean clips and some chainmail. Job done. The belt it's self is well made and very versatile.

Awesome belt for people with a smaller waist!
I love how adjustable this belt is, especially when one-size belts are too large for you, this one is the answer. Also the fact that it can be used for different purposes like pulling. The only small minus is that I could have a concern how long the cord will last for weight bearing when it's not a chain. Since the belt is the same width all the way it can pinch your skin a little bit in the front when you load it, but if you strap it on tight enough it doesn't, and the even width is what allows you to adjust the belt so precisely. :)

Innovative design
Great belt, I really like being able to put the weight behind me instead of at front. With other belts, when I did weighted pull ups, the chain would be pushing against the front my thighs and making it difficult to do a proper rep as my core would start getting fatigued by trying to fight the awkward placement of the weight that doesn't allow your legs to be straight or move forward etc.The strap is ok but a little on the flimsy side so I replaced it with a web sling - the type used by rock climbers and tree surgeons. It's much stronger, easier to take on and off the carabiners, and enable quiet workouts unlike chains which make a racket.

Working Very Well
I bought this product because I liked its visual simplicity compared to some other dip belts, and I haven’t been disappointed. I’ve been using it more for pullups than dips and it’s been making a noticeable difference to my strength, and the product itself is excellent - it’s totally adjustable and can bear any amount of weight you put on it.

Build quality
Great belt, very well put together.Only thing I would say is get one size bigger.I've had to return and get a next size up.Other dip belts seem to slip but this one will stay firmly in placeThis belt is second to noneEnjoy
