Best decision I’ve ever made.
I was scared to trying a mensural cup, until I got up the courage and bought this one. If you don’t mind getting a little messy, it make your period so much more convenient. I have fewer cramps, helping the environment, only have to empty it every 12 hours, and my dryness is gone! I workout with it and swim with it, and never had a leak. If you haven’t switch yet, please try it out!

I’ve been using the diva cup for 3 years now & don’t regret it! I’ve saved a lot of money using this instead of tampons and pads! Plus, It helps keep so much plastic and trash out of the environment! Definitely recommend. Though it is hard to get use to it at first, once you get the hang of it, you will not regret it!

Make the switch
Boil before first use. Can be uncomfortable the first few times but just find what works for you and don’t give up!!! So easy and so much better than tampons!!!!
