I'm pescatarian, which made marine collagen the right choice for me. Over the last 12 months, I lost 85 pounds. I noticed slight creping on my forearms. I knew some about the benefits of bovine and porcine, but never looked into them because I don't eat those animals. I did some digging and discovered marine collagen and that it's considered to be the stronger option for skin/hair/nails then collagen from other sources. I looked into capsules, thinking a powder sounded like "extra work" – but then I learned how many capsules I'd need (many) to equal 10-12 recommended daily grams of marine collagen – so, I went with powder (just 2 scoops). I choose Microingredients brand because of recommendations in the media from medical professionals and the product reviews by customers. As much as I enjoy saltwater fish, I don't want to taste them in my drinks – as most of the reviews I read opined on no fish scent or taste, and because this brand is soluble in cold drinks, I gave it a try. I've been adding 2 scoops to my super cold Fairelife Core 42g (protein) shake daily. I absolutely can not taste or smell it. I give the shake bottle a robust shake for about 15 seconds and the hydrolyzed peptides dissolve – I don't detect them at all. The mixability, especially in a chilled shake, is top notch. After the shake mixed with marine collagen, feel completely full for about two hours – though it's not a bloated feeling. It's a feeling of no hunger and one of comfortable satisfaction. What's more, it adds 11g of protein (granted, a different type of protein) to my shake, for a grand total of 53 grams of protein. After researching other products, Microingredients' marine collagen is a solid value for the money. I looked through several; this one is high quality without being as costly as other brands offering the same thing. A plus for me is that the white fish are wild caught, as opposed to farmed. As far as the effectiveness, I'll know in a few months. But for now, I can say I haven't experienced any side effects, except feeling fuller than with my Fairlife Core 42g shake alone. This all said, for being tasteless, odorless, wild caught, and dissolubility, 5 stars and my recommendation.

I have been using this product for a total of 2.5 weeks and I already see a difference! My nails are stronger, the ridges are smoothing out and they look healthy instead of dry. My hair feels thicker and softer. My skin is softer, smoother and glows. I can see the wrinkles smoothing out on my chest from years of being a side sleeper. I have even had people comment on how much more radiant my skin looks and ask what I've changed. In addition, I've always had issues with my hips. Since starting this, the pain has greatly diminished and I feel like I'm 10 years younger. I am 45 years old and would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone looking to improve their appearance. I add it to my coffee every morning based off of the reviews from other people. It dissolves with a little bit of stirring and you can't taste or tell that it's even in there. The only side effects (I'm not sure if this is from the product or not) is I am full a lot faster, have a reduced appetite and sometimes get heartburn which is not something that I used to get. I'm going to keep with it and see if it's just my body adjusting to it, though.

This is a supplement I love taking with my tea or soup or even in my protein shake. It easily dissolves in hot or cold liquid and has no taste. I have noticed if I get a bruise, it disappears in a day. I seem to heal faster. The cracking in my knees, has stopped when I wake up in the morning too! My movements are better and I feel good. Of course it helps if you eat and exercise thoughtfully.

This collagen is the best I’ve found out of three tries. I put the recommended dose in my coffee in the morning. It does not smell, mixes well, and I cannot taste it. Initially I added collagen after noticing vertical lines on my fingernail beds. They are gone, my nails are strong, hair is shinier, and we’ll see if my DEXA Score improves. Highly recommend!

This collagen has everything I needed. It easily dissolves in coffee or a shake. My skin still looks great. I have very minimal facial wrinkles at 57. I purchased for after my lipo surgery and my elasticity has bounced back much easier than I expected. I’ve been using it daily for just over a year. It’s a great quality supplement. No side effects and it’s very effective! Must give it a try.

What's not to love about hydrolyzed protein? Gluten-free /non-GMO / Dairy and nut free!. This micro cellular form makes it quickly absorbable and faster to use within the body. I can tell within days if I've not taken it; when I start retaking it, the difference that it makes in my knees/ joints, and in the strength of my nail beds is sizable. I also see little hair-shoots from regrowth framing my face. I've tried a lot of peptide and collagen forms over the past five years, and this one is true to brand marketing when it says it's flavorless. It truly is! Marine collagen is a fantastic option for those who don't like beef flavor in their strawberry mint breakfast smoothie -- nothing says "good morning" like a strawberry beef roast smoothie! Ask me how I know? 🤣 ... This avoids that. I put it in coffee or smoothies; mix it in yogurt, chia pudding, or in overnight oats, for example. The package lasts quite a while and it is entirely on point with industry standard for price per ounce. **Note: this review is for the Marine (Whitefish) formula. There is a bovine formula a multiplex chocolate Etc so if you're looking for something other than Marine, check those out!

This supplement has become an essential part of my daily routine. I’ve noticed improvements in my nails, hair, and skin in every aspect. I also want to highlight that my knee pain went away ,this product is truly amazing.
