Can this be modified such that the white led arc is a drl and not tied to parking lamps?

I would assume if the vehicle had drl before you could tie it in. My vehicle didn't so I just left it the way it is. I'd ask the manufacturer to be sure.

los focos son compatibles con Kia forte 5Ex 2015.

Hello, yes these will work as long as your vehicle has factory LED accents on the headlight.

Will this work on fortes without LED accents from factory?

Yes. The headlights come with their own bulbs and I haven’t had any issues with them so far overall. I would highly suggest aligning your headlights after installing. You can look up youtube videos on how to aim/align your headlights afterward, it’s fairly simple to do.

I have a 2016 kia forte lx with factory headlights. does these work on my car? does it come with the high and low led bulbs

Yes these headlights will fit any kia forte model between the years 2014-2016. I installed them on my 2016 kia forte koup and I don’t regret it!
