Dremel 4000-2/32 Rotary Tool Kit with 2 Attachments and 32 Accessories

If you are a DIY type, this is a must have. I replaced a lot of plexiglass panels on doors and this made super easy and professional looking cuts. Such a great piece of equipment that fits right in the.palm of your hand. It has a huge selection of accessories as well. I never felt like it was going to fail on me. It has a adjustable speed motor plus really easy bit change tool.

I really love this tool, it works great for all the projects I’ve used it in so far. Couldn’t be happier with it. It seems durable and a great value for the price. Does come with some basic accessories that will get you started. Runs smoothly with not a lot of vibration.

Dremel is the best and most versatile tool you can buy. The one I replaced finally gave out after 30 years of hard use. This one is a little heavier but much more powerful. I hope it lasts like the old one, Be prepared though because the attachments aren't cheap. The ones with this kit are beginner ones and not the most useful.

Four stars for a great product, five if they have excellent customer service. Please people no more automatic five stars. Good product, long known by its name, easy to use several attachments included in a nice soft case. Be aware that several of the items like brushes will disintegrate quickly with use plan on purchasing more supplies quickly if you use it very often.

Great replacement for my 3000

Very handy with your dremel tool

In a weak moment, I purchased a Dremel 4300 from my local hardware store because I had money off coupons. I unboxed it, plugged it in and promptly took it back for a full refund. The tool vibrated so badly over 15,000 RPM that I couldn't hold onto it. So, I did more research and found that the Dremel Model 4000 is an older design but very highly thought of so bought it from Amazon. I just tested it. BUTTERY SMOOTH even at 35,00 RPM. ! I'm impressed. This $80 tool outshines the Dremel Model 4300 at $130. My needs for a Dremel are simple (this is my 4th one) but I keep wearing the other brands out, including the el cheapo $30 Dremel unit. I also ordered the flex shaft because, frankly, I didn't expect much from the 4000 and wanted to limit vibration. I am refinishing all of the exterior brass door hardware and need a tool that won't bother my arthritis as much. But, the 4000 is so smooth that I may not even need the flex shaft. This whole story makes a case for older, simpler tools. I'm glad Dremel still makes the 4000. It is what you would expect from German engineering (Bosch owns Dremel). I may have gotten a lemon but I'd skip the 4300 unless you can return it easily. The Model 4000 is definitely a winner and restores my faith in the company.

Dremel's rotary tools offer real quality. I've used and looked at some of the competition and Dremels are simply better designed and built than anything else I've seen. I used my last Dremel really hard for two decades and literally wore it out. It lasted longer than I had any right to expect. The new 4000 is even better than my original one.

Product is good but came used looking

Though on the expensive end due to branding, it is a great product for carving and everyday normal usage. Powerful motor but do not compare it with bigger motors. Prolonged usage can be exhausting without the extension shaft due to its weight while carving.
