Did not meet my understanding of unit capablity
Like similar review given by another shopper, could not register the equipment either through vendor online portal or via unit hookup to PC, after going through registration I received online notification that verification e-mail would be sent to validate registration. e-mail did not come and after number of attempts I tried to contact vendor via their online help desk, response was "we will get back to you at our Convince" not exactly customer friendly and until now 24 hours later they have not responded.with regards to product, it did not get my VIN number automatically, had to type it in, would not recognize that my car has ABS , could not download updates , maybe because unit has not been registered. functionality is limited to car model when ordered, in my case M.Benz, hence one has to pay for each additional model to have full function capability, tried to download and pay for Audi but that is not offed for this model from selection menu.Unit does not have built in batter, hence it has to be connected to either your car or PC for one to be able to review test resultsI see positive reviews by others, maybe their diagnoses needs was simpler, in my case it did not meet expectations, In fairness am giving it 3 star as I do not want to down grade the product more just in case I missed something that others did not,

Easy to use
Love it, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Easy to use, very versatile. Software is updateable, you can also add various makes and models to it, should you change cars.It pays for itself the first time you use it.Shops will charge you $100..00 or more just to hook up a diagnostic. To have your own is awesome

Foxwelltech resolved my Registration Problem
Foxwelltech helped me to log onto their registration site to complete the registration of my NT510 Benz Edition. They responded very quickly. I discovered that using a Windows XP, rather than Windows 10 computer appeared to be the key. I am very pleased with their response, and now give this transaction Five Stars.

Works on Smart Fortwo ED
I needed this to clear the codes after replacing the 12V battery on a 2014 Smart Fortwo Electric Drive. It was the cheapest diagnostic tool I could find that would do the job after numerous OBD readers couldn't connect. It did the job, ran a few other tests, and now the car is right as rain.

Mercedes C43AMG
Great instrument for early Mercedes. Has option to add cable for M-B computer scans. Lowest cost I fo und that does it all.

Works on Daimler Chrysler Crossfire
It is very difficult to find a shop that still works on Daimler Chrysler Mercedes based cars like my Crossfire and Sprinter. You can do a whole lot with this scanner except diagnose convertible top and TPMS

Quite a useful tool
This tool has been quite useful since I bought it and is usually right on the money with its diagnostics for my Mercedes.I gave it a 3-star because even though it allows you to add on software for other makes of cars, the diagnostics are not as straightforward as that of the MB, and also it costs $60 each to add on any new software. I found it distressing to use with the Toyota Corolla especially.
