From kayaking to jet skiing to swimming, enjoy the open water with the O'Brien Watersports Men's Flex V-Back Lightweight Life Jacket. Featuring a split V-back, this jacket moves with you. A large, zippered closure and 2 adjustable belts secure a nice and snug fit that comfortably hugs your body. Crafted from a soft, breathable, and eco-conscious material, this buoyancy aid offers flotation for men like no other. Review: Worth the extra money - Very comfortable. Worth the extra money versus a cheaper standard buckle style. Most of the life jackets I have worn in the past would slide up the back when in the water making it uncomfortable. Then when out of the water the cheaper style was just uncomfortable to wear all together while making it harder to move around very well when wearing them. This one is comfortable in or out of the water. Very flexible material making it easier to move around in. It’s especially nice when wearing it while out on the boat enjoying time on the towables, wake boarding or water skiing. Highly recommended!! Review: Saving a life - This is a great vest but not for fishing in an aluminum boat. It will have to do for now.

This is a great vest but not for fishing in an aluminum boat. It will have to do for now.

Doesn't Smell after Use!
I really have no complaints with this life jacket. It fit well, did its job exactly as described, and had plenty of buoyancy to support me at over 225 lbs. It held up great in both fresh and salt water, stayed clean, and never developed a bad odor as long as it was dried properly. The only thing I’d change is adding an emergency stop cord attachment, but it’s easy enough to loop a kill switch around one of the buckles. Overall, this is a comfortable, reliable, and Coast Guard approved vest that I’d recommend to anyone looking for a solid option.

Works As It Should
This product is primarily used for kayaking, but I used this in Feb 2026 for snorkeling off the coast of Cuba. It kept me right on top of the waves and in the perfect position the entire time. It's not too bulky and fits in a standard 30"+ suitcase just fine.
