I've been really happy with these bowl covers for my sourdough baking. They fit my mixing bowls and bannetons well, and the elastic keeps them securely in place without being too tight. Having 200 covers means I'll have plenty on hand for a long time. They work just like a shower cap but are much more convenient for bread proofing than using plastic wrap every time. I love these. They are not meant for heavy duty wrapping, I put one on an apple if i dont eat the whole apple at once and it keeps the apple from turning brown , same with avocado. I put one over a bowl of cleaned lettuce and it keeps the lettuce crispy. Very versitile.

I admit it. I purchased several sizes of these covers from that Asian connection company. And they were all garbage. These are so much better !! They’re sturdier and stretch to cover larger containers and plates without tearing! Spend a couple of dollars more and get a product that really does what they say it does.

This has made my small bread business easier to manage. They keep my dough safe and even.when it rises touches the plastic, it easily releases without tearing. I will definitely be ordering again.

They are as advertising, but be aware they are on the smaller side...they don't fit my standard size bowls. They do fit my smaller bowls I use when making just a single loaf of bread.
