Will this fit fatigue pant belt loops?

If the loop width is 1.75 inches or less.

I have a 38" waist? What size should I order?

I also have a 38" waist and ordered several 38" pairs of 5.11 #74251 cotton pants... they fit very nice. I ordered a black and a coyote brown belt in the large, and it is just right. Fits me fine with about 1.5 - 2 inches left over. The tag on the belt says "L 36-38".

What are the full lengths from the buckle to the end? These appear to be speced very short.

Size Large is 45 inches in length.
