I buy this for my mother. She is 80 years old now and this is the only adhesive she has used with her teeth for the last 40 years. She said it works great and holds fantastically.

Most important is that it works. You may need to figure out how much to use or where to use but it works!

I've been told by my family members who have used both the stronger grip strength version and this original version to which this one gets the "Thumbs Up" ... Of course your mileage may vary :-)
