Wonderful for adults and children alike!!!
This is such a wonderful tool. It is so helpful to be able to identify and understand our emotions. Our emotions are a natural and normal part of us, yet we have the tendency to suppress them. This beautiful deck allows us to explore and understand our emotions. It also helps us to process and work through said emotion and release it with the amazing mindfulness techniques.

Love using these!
For defining and supporting emotions these cards are fantastic. Beautifully illustrated and helpful instructions getting through difficult emotions. If youโre someone who has a difficult time identifying that feeling I would recommend the โinternal family systemsโ card deck. These 2 decks compliments each other.

Great idea & great graphics
One of the things I liked about this idea was that there was a QR code with the original book that some of the ideas came with, but only half of the QR codes worked. It would have been better to just put the book name & author instead of the QR code. Now there's two versions of this. The individual cards has more details on it, than the wheel version.

lots of cards!
The value for the money is high because this box is filled with tons of fun cards. I find it easier to just pull a card out and talking about it with the kids versus lookin online or in a book and trying to pick an emotion out of a huge list. They are divided into groups so if there is a particular area you wish to concentrate on you can narrow it down.

Emotional health at work
All the feels can often be overwhelming. Working through them is so satisfying. I felt a little overwhelmed as well as excited when I first opened my FeelWise box. The QR code on the back of the box was soooooo helpful. Thanks to the video I had several neat and easy to understand categories of emotions. I now have my FeelWise deck stacked in their color coded categories sitting on on my desk. Brenรฉ Brown says that most people can easily identify sad, glad, and mad. My team and I use those basic emotions to pick a category of emotions and then look for the specific card that really describes what we are feeling in that moment. FeelWise has been very helpful in working through experiences that would normally go unsaid and lead to serious consequences. Everyone is becoming more empathetic and understanding of themselves and each other. Funny how a deck of cards helps us create and maintain a sense of belonging at work.

Expensive but best of it kinds
I use it to discuss feelings with my daughter when they are upset, it is an incredibly tool to decouple their feeling (and even mind). But there are many other cards, and feelings that are for adults that are useless only make it more expensive - idea to have different boxes for age groups. Another opportunity is to have the opening not in the side but in the top of the cards, a simple change that would make it easier to storage and open.
