Disappointed that it did not help me at all, I saw no difference in my snoring.

It came quickly, but didn't work as advertised.

The vents take a little getting used to, (I mean its a foreign object in your nostril) but once you've gotten used to the sensation its all rainbows and butterflies..zero snoring! I usually wake myself up with the sound of my own snoring, now I get a full nights rest thanks to this solution.

I really liked this item. I have problems sleeping at night with my nose and this item has helping to breath better at night. Also my husband said that I am not snoring anymore.
