Who hasn’t always wanted a larger icemaker than the one that comes with your refrigerator? This has to probably be one of the coolest purchases that my wife has ever made on Amazon. She surprised me with this icemaker for Father’s Day and it’s been such a great tool to have for days out on the boat and there’s a long travel BASEBALL days with an icy breeze. It makes ice very quickly and fills up our 65 quart boat cooler with no problem with one bin. It’s very easy to drain and I ended up running hours to hour garage sink drain. I bought a tailpiece for a sink with a dishwasher barb on it to allow it to hook directly to that to drain and installed some shark bite dual valve fitting to allow water to still go to the sink and the icemaker. We ended up making a nice little mount for it to make it economically friendly, and it also helped with the drain making it gravity feed directly into the tailpiece.

Great machine, easy to use. Better than the more expensive machine I had before.

It will make a lot of ice in one day. It is garbage ice. Water splashes out of the icemaker and melts all the ice on top and all the ice on the bottom is frozen solid in one big block. The provided drain tube, 18 mm specialty tube, is not long enough and we cannot find a longer tube that will fit in well. Would not buy again. Expensive, not sure how to return.

This is a good size for our small bar/eatery, and produces ice relatively quickly. We did have an issue with the water pump within a few months of putting it into service, but the manufacturer was very quick to help us resolve this issue with a new part. Service after the sale is very important to us, five stars!

It's a fast, quiet machine that makes ice. While it is labeled as commercial, it doesn't feel nearly sturdy enough to be used multiple times per day. The door is cheap and feels like it's going to break at any time. Additionally, the ice is created in chunks of 15-20 that you have to manually break up with an ice scoop. Customer service suggested I use the cheap, plastic ice scoop they provided. It would likely break that. For a commercial ice machine that costs towards 1k, the value just isn't here with this.

This ice maker work very good. It make ice really fast. It keeps up with the demand.

This ice maker does not have 60lbs of storage I can't even get 40lbs After The company come back and gave a good resolve.Great customer service problem was taken care of. I would do business with this company again.

Love! My boys love bagging ice to keep in the freezer so they have it stocked up when they need it!

Amazon shipped the wrong unit, told us they will arrange pick up, spent two weeks unable to get a pick up and led in circles by Amazon and CEVA now just told I have to ship it back at our own cost when it was not out fault. This company has become absolute garbage and will never buy from here again. You cannot even get customer support and keep getting passed around to several people who refuse to help and just pass you onto someone else in India.
