Incomplete refund
Products was defective screen stopped working and cracked after less than a day. Refund still pending after only a small amount was paid.

Excellent Macbook M1 Pro - like brand new!
Wow! A superb 16" Macbook Pro M1 for the price. Really pleased with the amazon refurbished sale of this macbook. Arrived in excellent condition, like brand new with battery 100% and the battery cycle only 67. The charger and cable are like brand new and apple branded, just like original, and the machine as a whole is like its barely been used at all. I was doubtful at first and was expecting a used machine in ok condition that maybe i would have to send back, but this has surpassed all my expectations in all regards. for what i paid its an absolute bargain. Powerful, fast and futureproofed. I do heavy design and video editing and was so nearly going to buy the new M5 but crazy expensive as a 2nd machine so this is perfect. great service. would defo buy from the seller again.

Laptop runs fine and seems genuine my only issue is that the magsafe cable that was with the laptop does not work with the 140W brick. the magsafe cable light keeps on switching on and off repeatedly. otherwise good purchase

Untrustworthy
It’s not as advertised. It’s said to have an English/Arabic keyboard, but that’s not the case. There are many more glaring issues, but I can’t talk about them because Amazon will remove my review.

Macbook pro M1pro
The MacBook arrived in excellent condition. The display, speakers, keyboard, and overall performance are excellent. Battery health is good, and the SSD performance is outstanding until now. The only issue was that a 65W charger was included instead of the original 140W charger. I have contacted the seller and hope they will resolve this. Overall, I am very happy with the MacBook.

I have received the laptop in its original box including the original 140W charger and cable. There were no noticeable scratches on the device just a mark left by a sticker applied. The device is in excellent condition with 94% battery health. Great product for the value.
