So first my background: I never messed with any CNC or 3d printer machine or anything before. I watched a few YouTube videos and gained interest. Then I watched some how to videos to make sure I think I got most of it understood. I jumped right in and made a huge machine by myself with steel etc. It worked pretty good but some parts were offset 1mm due to not being level etc, had some trouble with the bearings etc. I gave up and then bought this.This product: arrived well packaged and I assume the Chinese don't know much English because they didn't have any translated instructions or anything, however, It was very easy to assemble by looking at the pictures in this product page. After it was assembled I popped in the disk that came with it and the disc contained very detailed instructions on installing and setting up the software. It even has some test g code files to use, which I did lol. Anyway all in all, I printed some text and images on to acrylic 1/4" thick and it came out god damn perfect. This is a great little desktop machine to have, very sturdy and well made, everything seems solid solid solid, although some of the plastic parts look to be 3D printed and I feel I will have to replace them in the future but for now they work great. My only negative comment on this item is it didn't come with the 4 wing nut clamps to hold down your workpeice. Oh and I had to turn on the spindle and hold some sandpaper on the shaft for a good minute so it would take off just enough to slide the damn ER11 adapter onto the shaft.Anyway, this is the perfect CNC starter machine and hell I know I'll be using this for everything until I can afford one of those 30000$ dollar ones

Overall you get what you pay for but a better spindle and a more ridged z & y axis carriage would be nice. The software for pc also tends to be finicky so I usually only use the offline controller. The offline controller is definitely easy to use but is much less powerful than the software for pc.

Nice Piece. Works great, just would like a little more instruction as far as the programming goes. Being new to CNC , it took me a while to figure out how to make it work. After I figured it out I was able to make it work well.

easy and simple to operate

Got the cnc today and what a mess. Packing was a mess after someone repacked the machine. Even found foreign object in box that has no use for the machine. dose not look like a part used in the machine!!!!!!!?????????????

For the price paid this has been a great start to the world of CNC. My son was able to assemble it independently (after some head-scratching and web research) and immediately produced a range of projects. We had an issue with a short on the original main panel. Upon contacting the seller he immediately responded and sent a new panel priority mail. He completely stands behind his product.

To much vibration in wood to get any kind of good quality.Screws falling out because of all the vibration.Using the software added it does not cut to size.Sorry I bout this cnc. If you want to be able to cut reliefs or do anything but scribe letters Buy a better one.

Bought with the intention of using for small projects Instead of using my larger CNC. As accurate as assembled and aligned. A little slow but not expected due to small router speed. Haven't tried engraving yet but will. Came with ok assembly instructions but you have to read between the lines. Had issues with provided gcode software not setting variables correctly but switched to Universal Gcode Sender and it works fine. Haven't completed any projects yet since still checking and playing around with alignment as I want it to be as close to perfect as possible. I think it will serve my purposes just fine.
