Timeless indeed
I could gaze at the illustrations forever. Vervoordt's designs are always imaginative, individual but somehow "right"- works of art in themselves such as most of us would neither be able to afford nor to fully appreciate if we could. Sigh.

Axel Vervoordt: Timeless Interiors
I was bitterly disappointed with this book (it will go in my next garage sale). I had mentally interpreted "timelessness" as classic in the beautiful English style of Henrietta Spencer-Churchill. This timlessness equates to rustic or original shabby chic; not my style at all.
