I purchased this intercom headset to communicate with a worker while operating heavy equipment such as tractors, bulldozers and dump trucks. I lost the directions but It didn't matter. They are so simple to operate, a child could figure it out.Pairing between the two headsets was instantaneous. Volume up and down buttons are easy to find while wearing.Range is excellent. They are advertised as 350 meters (1148 feet) line of sight. Where i live I can not create that kind of distance and maintain LOS. I first tested with one person inside a log house with triple pane windows while I walked away until losing connection. I was able to go 400 feet before it dropped. walking back about 8 feet and they synced back up. I will rarely go beyond this distance but I have no doubt they will go what is advertised when both headsets are outside. The audio stayed perfectly clear the shole way as well.The noise cancelation works very well. I walked right by a gas generator and the other person said his audio remained quite the whole time. It also was very windy and he said it was barely noticeable. Not only did it work well, it didn't degrade the audio quality.What I don't like?Not a deal breaker, but there is a about a 1 second delay from when one person talks and the other hears it. The only reason it's annoying is you can see the persons mouth moving but no audio for a second. If your not watching the other person, no big deal.The only other thing is the ear piece doesn't sit flush on my head. The bottom has a gap around my ear. I adjusted the headset for a while trying to get it to fit. I got it close but not perfect. Not a huge deal because they are super soft and comfortable to wear.Overall, these will be a huge time saver for me not having to walk up to loud machinery and try to yell over all the noise. Now I can communicate with my workers more efficiently while staying at a safe distance. The noise cancelation is great but I am even more impressed with the range. All that while maintaining great audio quality.

Fast shipment, they work well, good value. We purchased these for communication within a load offroad vehicle.The only reason we couldn't give the product a five star is because of the latency, micro delay, between headsets. The latency is stated in the product description, you need to experience it and understand you can overcome it.In an extremely loud environment, even though you are sitting relatively close, you tend to talk loudly. It takes some getting used to having to mentally tune into only what's coming in through the single headset earpiece and not what your other non-earpiece is picking up. You can hear the person taking a nano second before it comes through your earpiece, gives you the sense of an echo. Plugging the non-headset ear may help? Once you learn to tune that echo out, the communication is fully understandable.

I received this set today, and immediately charged the two batteries. I then installed the batteries, turned the master headset on and then the "Blue" headset. They paired instantly.My son happened to be here to help my find an outlet and connected outlets in my detached garage. I thought these would be perfect, since I don't have a detector to detect the right circuit breakers to turn off.We donned the head sets, and my son went to the detached garage, about 150 feet away. I was in the house at the main panel which was not marked at all (another project). I started to turn the breakers off one by one with my son in the concrete block garage. He could hear me perfectly, and I him. After the eighth breaker he said "That's It!". What a time saver that was, not having to run back and forth.I have not checked the range yet, but at about 200 feet through my house and into the concrete block garage they worked perfectly. The sound was excellent, and no static. I. know I could have used our phones, but I thought this would be a perfect trial on the new radios. When we go hunting, with no cell service, these will be nice tree to tree communications; and our hands are free to hold the bow. Nice.

The product built great material. But the signal delay too much.

Very comfortable to wear, at a price that is affordable. I have been looking for a comparable product for four years to no avail. The headsets connect as as soon as turned on with a voice message indicating they are paired and connected. One of the best features is the lack of time lag when speaking and the sound is crystal clear.

These are some of the best headsets / com systems that our church production team has used. They are a fraction of the price of the big brand and work better than expected. They pair immediately, the battery lasts a very long time, and the audio quality is great.
