What size are the buckles to attach the front panel?

They are the standard 1.25 inch buckle as seen in this video and the front placard can be removed and there is hook and loop underneath to attach another placard if needed.

I’m 6’ 2”, approximately 350, with a 52” waist - will this fit?

It only adjusts up to size XL. The rear panel has hook and loop and it can be pulled up and the cummerbund can be adjusted to the maximum of size XL so if you wear bigger then a size XL shirt then it might not fit. We are making a Crusader 2.0 XL version in September 2022 that will go up size XXL

I have level 4 rts tatical plates there thickk will they still fit ?

All depends on the size my is 10 x 12 steel plates they are very thick

can it be adjusted for better fit?

Yes it has an adjustable cummerbund the rear flap lifts up and the hook and loop of the cummerbund can be adjustable for different sizes
