I wanted a small footprint PC. I like to build my own systems but had trouble locating a small enough case. This PC had almost everything and I was able to add a PCI-e card (half height). Be mindful the power supply is only rated at 180 watts so adding cards and storage drives requires one to pick the additions carefully. The i5-14400 processor and DDR5 RAM perform very well and serve me for many years to come. As with all new PCs, the first thing one must do is visit the product website and download updates the software and firmware. The instructions to do this are in the manual that you also need to download.

Excellent purchase. Fast and simple to use. Small and quiet. I have mine set-up with two screens for multiple apps (ex. charts and graphs) running at the same time. I would definitely buy from this company again. Get the most memory capacity you can afford, it’s worth it.

I'm liking this computer. I needed a new one because my other one was basically obsolete & it was running pretty slowly. I got most of my software installed easily on this computer. I just had a few issues with setting up the log in screen so I can skip that when turning on the PC. I had to install a couple of programs twice and one program won't work with it anymore but that's not the pc's fault. I've had this computer about a month or so and I'm enjoying how fast it loads up and turns off and also how quickly it updates. All in all, I'm happy with the computer; hopefully it remains that way. I can open over 10 Chrome browser tabs without slowing the PC down at all which, my previous dell couldn't even have 4 or 5 open at once without it getting sluggish. I do wish it had a DVD drive; I mean it has the slot for it, just nothing is installed in there so that's rather pointless. It runs quietly and like I said, the memory seems to be quite good for what I need. For reference, I'm an artist so I do a lot of artwork on my PC, graphic designing and some web designing so it's great for that. I can't speak on how it is for gaming because I don't play video games.

I bought this for my mom, and it’s been a great fit for what she needs. It handles web browsing, email, streaming, and other everyday tasks without any problems. Setup was straightforward, and everything worked right out of the box. If you’re looking for a basic desktop at a good price, this is a solid option.

I use this computer for work. I work remotely. It is fast enough for large and involved Excel work and Photoshop. I am very happy with it.

I really enjoy this guy. I bought a used, like new, one, because it was $150 less than the on-sale price. I figured if it was bad, I could just return it. I upgraded the RAM from 1x16 to 2x32. The only issue with upgrading it was the RAM I used had heatsinks that take up space, so I had to remove the optical drive holder. It's processor is more than capable of what I need it for. Having so many USB 3 ports is also wonderful. The only downside is I didn't realize that it does not support XMP profiles for RAM, but that is my fault for not checking before, and I still would have bought it anyways had I known, and I also would have purchased a new one had the sale on the used not been available.

Our kids' Win8 desktop finally gave up the ghost. Bought this as a replacement and it's been running fine now for almost a year. It's connected via hardwired ethernet, so I can't comment on its WiFi performance. The installed memory has been more than enough for what my kids do with the PC, so I rate this a good value.

I'm 86 years old and have used computers since Apple came out with their first one. This is by far the worst one I've ever had. #1 problem: It would stop loading Google Calendar and Gmail correctly about every 5-6 days. This forced me into running a scan, checking for updates, and removing cookies in order to get it to work again. After consulting with a local expert, it was determined that Norton 360 anti-virus was interfering with the Dell computer. Once it was removed, that problem went away. #2 Connecting to the internet: Even though my internet is on and connected to other devices, on many days it takes up to 20 minutes to connect after I turn it on in the morning.

I am pleased with my purchase.
