It's interesting to me that the general consensus here seems to be that this is a rather low dosage at 300 mg, but for me it's the highest dosage I've ever taken, as I've never taken Gaba at more than 100 mg at a time! I've never used a powdered liposome form of it before, and since that's supposed to help it stay in your system longer, even though I'm not noticing any stronger an effect at 300 mg than I did with the 100 mg sublingual versions I took before, I'm hoping that it may have a more sustained, even if gentler, effect. I will probably experiment with taking a couple at a time at some point to see how I feel.In the meantime, this product is third party tested, which is very important to me as far as quality assurance, and of course it's also manufactured in a GMP facility, so even if it is a little bit pricey, I am content in knowing that it is of high quality.
