Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 5G US Version, 256GB, Phantom Black - Unlocked (Renewed)

For a refurb (and I didn't pick the highest grade), this thing is in immaculate condition. The battery is holding a charge for a very long time, no visible blemishes without pulling out the magnifying glass, it wasn't locked to any particular carrier, and it performs at the level of new flagship phones. The hinge in the five is definitely an improvement over the 3 that I had.

Recieved the Samsung Galaxy Fold 5 late, and I bought a excellent condition renewed and it is anything but excellent, the front screen is slowly peeling off, the bottom and side of the phone is in very poor condition, the sides of the phone are scratched and divided out all over. Very poor quality for a exellent condition phone. Also it came in bobble wrap which is find if the phone was in the bubble wrap at all. Very bad quality am expecting a partial refund.

I seriously doubted that this phone would deliver the next day being so close to Christmas, but it did! The phone itself is definitely in "excellent" condition. Hinge feels great, very minor mark on the hinge and internal screen protector has a couple little marks. I did run into an issue moving my e Sim over. Att said that the phone had a balance due and couldn't be used until it was paid. I immediately contacted the seller and they replied within 5 minutes and told me it's a known problem on ATTs end and to contact them. I did and they added the E Sim no problem. Super impressed with the phone, the shipping, and the customer service. 90% of a new fold for 25% the price.

Have had this for a few days now, functions as it should. And, physically, it's in pristine condition. Now, I just have to get used to the changes in the OS from my old Fold, LOL.

Better than expected!!!

Had some doubts when I was ordering this phone. It seems I was just over reacting. The phone looks new, was unlocked, screen was perfectly fine and was charging perfectly

I bought this phone in Oct 2025. It worked very well for the most part—it got good battery life, graphics looked good, and it ran smoothly. However, it had lots of bubbles around the part where the screen folds that could not be smoothed out no matter how many times I tried. The center also did not respond to touch so I couldn't drag apps across the screen or touch anything there. I decided I could live with these flaws and I ended up not getting the warranty. BIG MISTAKE. In March 2026, I noticed a black dot on the fold screen and shortly after that, there was a huge black line down the middle and the fold screen was completely unusable. I then had to send the phone into Samsung to be fixed for which they charged me $700. NOW the phone works well. The screen works again, the bubbles are gone, etc. But I ended up paying basically double for a phone that I bought specifically to try to save money. If I had gotten the warranty, maybe they would have sent me a new phone as a replacement or fixed the phone for free or cheap... but I was stupid and didn’t do that. So I there you go.

El equipo llego en perfecto estado, encendió a la primera, se pudo configurar y detectó todos los servicios de la red (AT&T). Ambas pantallas en excelente condición. Trabaja rapido, no se traba ni nada. Solo llego en una cajita generica no la original y solo trae el cable no el cargador pero eso no me afecta. La pila le dura lo suficiente tomando en cuenta que la pantalla interna es grande. Sin duda recomiendo el producto y el vendedor.

Tenia muchas dudas sobre adquirir este producto reacondicionado, sin embargo debo admitir que quede gratamente sorprendido pues el producto me llegó prácticamente como nuevo, he probado todas las funciones y todo funciona sin problemas, sin duda mi primera impresión es que no me arrepiento.
