Low cost price high cost benifits.
Awesome Product, very low price compare to others in the market, good quality video. No cloud required like Airtel & other vendors. Just choose 256GB card save 1 month video and clean it after some time. Intial connection with wifi was little tricky, I had to reset the device multiple times and finally router restared worked. Once camera was discovered over wifi, no problem faced yet.

Worst Product ever
This is the worst product that I have ever purchased from Amazon. We have received a faulty camera, and when we requested for replacement, Amazon told us to contact the company directly. The company has refused to get it replaced. We have been told to go Okhla service centre for replacement physically. At the centre, they let us wait for almost 4 hours with too many arguments with the different technicians, which creates lots of stress and anxiety.Amazon should stop selling these type of products where there is no customer care or such type of rude behaviour happening with customers.

The camara gets stuck after some use. It can be used as a fixed camara but cannot be used as a rotating camera as camara gets jammed

मि आत्तापर्यंत ४० कॅमेरे घेतले आहे . पण कंपनी प्रत्येक ऑर्डर ला कींमत वाढवत आहे. यामुळे मी दुसऱ्या कंपनी चे कॅमेरे मागवत आहे
