Solar Powered Fan

Nice little fan, poofs puffs of water, great for hot days. Sonar works great! I use mind in my kitchen window while washing dishes on hot day or at beach. Really nice.

I purchased this fan over a year ago. So far, so good. I use it in my green house to create some flow over my plants and the mister feature works very well too. Most definitely will purchase this again.

I have struggled with whether to rate this misting fan a 3 or 4. The solar panel is working well to charge the fan. The fan works well for its size. The problem is that the mister worked for the most part when I first got it about 2 weeks ago, although not always. Now it doesn’t seem to work at all. I’m using to try and help my chickens stay cool and it would be really nice if the mister worked.

The little solar misting fan is quite nice. The fan battery itself charges with USB-C, and its little solar panel has the older style USB output so you can really charge anything with it, not just the fan. It’s not a great solar panel, but it is a solar panel, and it will do something. It’s also not glass so maybe a little bit more sturdy than some panels I’ve dealt with.The base of the fan has a hook, which folds flat to provide stability when sitting on its base in addition to the feet of the fan, but you can snap it out and hang it. The opening of the hook is a little over an inch total for the arc, but the gap between the end of the hook and the body of the hook is about 3/4 of an inch.So far, I am very pleased with this purchase.UPDATE: it’s 105° outside and the misting part of this fan is making it tolerable. I would buy one of these again in an instant. I recommend you buy one, or buy two. It will be worth your while.UPDATE 2: the reservoir leaks a little. It’s not a huge amount but it could damage any papers you have on the table. You can work around it, just be mindful.

Bought this for use over summer here in Arizona and honestly bought 2 more as well. The fan is amazing with the different speed settings and the misting ability. Truly a life saver in the AZ heat. Used at sporting events for my kids and its so easy to just keep in my car and fill with water and use anytime needed. It amazing to also have the solar panel to charge it on the go!

We used this at one softball tournament and it worked fine. When we tried to use it the following Saturday, it would no longer produce a mist at all. The water was full and the fan was working but the misting feature would not work. This product was too expensive to only work for one day.

Works okay for a desk top fan. Not for a chicken coop or duck coop. In my opinion it's too small. In my case did not work too well. For my next purchase I will be buying the hose mister. Which looks like it can cover a larger size chicken and duck coop.

We had to return this product because it was much much smaller than we realized. This is good as a personal fan if you can sit in front of it up close however for what we wanted, it was nowhere near big enough.

Does a good job, as expected!
