Honest Review After 6 Months of Use – DisappointedI’m writing this review after using the product for nearly six months, and unfortunately, it has turned out to be one of the worst purchases I’ve made. What we expected versus what we received was drastically different. Here’s why:Misleading Expectations: We purchased this sink after seeing promotional videos on social media, expecting it to be a premium, functional addition to our kitchen. Sadly, it has been far from that.Installation Issues: Installation was extremely complicated, especially in a typical Indian kitchen setup. The design doesn't account for the space needed to install all the accessories. There’s barely any room behind the sink to fit the multiple taps.Poor Water Flow: The water pressure from the main tap is extremely low — which is unacceptable for a kitchen sink. The same applies to the waterfall and glass washer functions. This is despite having normal water pressure throughout the rest of our home.Flawed Sink Design: The sink doesn’t drain water properly. We end up having to use a wiper daily to remove standing water — an extra chore no one wants.Unhelpful Customer Support: We contacted customer service multiple times about the low water flow. Their only suggestion was to install a pressure pump, which isn’t a viable option in apartments. We received no further support or resolution.Pressure Pump Ineffective: Even after trying a small pressure pump (which is the only type allowed in our apartment complex), there was no improvement in water flow.Temporary Fix: We eventually had to remove the original main tap and replace it with a standard one just to make the sink usable.Conclusion:This product may only be suitable for independent houses where you can install a high-capacity pressure pump. For apartment residents, it’s not worth the investment. You're better off with a regular sink that works reliably.I do not recommend this product.

Good functionality however the colour is coming off

After installing the sink I have been facing heavy leakage issues.Initially there was a leak from black pipe,but now there is leakage from entire set installed.Even the customer care people does not want to send their technician to fix, rather they are sending pipe or other material.These kind of issues the company has to send their technician, but they not.My wood is getting damaged because of this and I have nothing but to regret buying this product and trusting the brand.And it’s been 10 days but still have not received the faulty item and they don’t reply to the query instantly.This is the worst regret and buy in the new items I bought for my home..Request all the buyers to don’t go for the look alone, as sink and plumbing stuff are the most important products for the home and if they are faulty then we will have to face worst issues..
