What is the difference between this (NeuroPro) and the Premium?

Enfamil NeuroPro Gentlease has MFGM, a fat-protein blend clinically shown to help close the gap in cognitive development between formula-fed and breastfed infants. Enfamil PREMIUM Gentlease does not have MFGM added as an ingredient. ~ Libby, Enfamil Expert 6/20/18

Does Gentlease have probiotics ?

Thank you for your question. Gentlease does not have probiotics. ~ Libby, Enfamil Expert, 3/12/19

Is there a larger volume offered? I have twins. I would be ordering every other day with this size.

The tubs are the biggest size , they come in 8z , 12 oz, 20 oz
