These CD's look great . The quality seems good . No problems burning the CD's at the rated write speed . They also have a very dark red/black underside which really helps with the illusion of a mini-vinyl record . The inkjet printable section of the disks is a bit small , but acceptable , and , is surrounded by a black ribbed surface to imitate a vinyl record . My Epson XP-7100 printer refused to accept writing using this disk format . It issued an error . My ascertation of the situation is that the printer sees the black surface with internal sensors and doesn't expect a mostly black surfaced disk , or , maybe the ribs are interfering with the pre-print calibration in some fashion . I then used my Brother MFC - J875DW inkjet printer and it worked great on the disks . The slight off color of the printable section of these disks causes black print to look like it has a very dark green tint . This is not problem for me . It looks more nostalgic and quite good really . Color labels might need some color adjusting first to look correct on the disks though . I still give this item 4+ stars . It's unique , recording the disk presents no issues and the recording side of the disk looks great . It recorded well in a 7 bay CD copier . Just be advised it may not print on some inkjet printers ( or the Epson CP-7100 in my case ) . I am just glad I had this second printer available to print labels on these disks . I wonder if the bottom coating of the disks will help prevent disk data rot ? Time will tell !

These look great and work great. I have a huge physical media collection but some of the items are from irreplaceable box sets, so I make a copy of them so I can listen to them all I want and then listen to the originals maybe once in a while. I do love the vinyl look, and they do have a nice nostalgic feel. I did notice someone say that they have an Epson XP-7100 and they had a hard time with the printer accepting these. I have the same printer. Just recently purchased it. You just need to set the diameter to inner: 20 and Outer: 70 and they should work fine. Mine did. The only drawback, though it's not enough to lower the score, is that the printable area is a bit grey, so sometimes the printing comes out darker or deeper than I'd like. Lightening the background picture can be hit or miss, and you don't really want to waste discs testing it, so it's best to leave as is. I found ways to make the text pop on the design regardless, but perhaps if the printable area was more of a bright white, that would have been better, but as is, it's very nice and easy enough to work with. I'd definitely recommend them.

The audio quality seems good. I only have recorded two disc's so far, but so far so good. The appearance of the disc's are cool. Vintage 45. But the label area is of no use without speacial software to print the size it is. Way too small. An ordinary label covers the whole area of thecdisc. The discs do not come with printing software.

These look great. Too bad they don't work at all for me. I was able to get my CD burner to perform the write, but it could not read the resulting disc on the same drive, or on any other drive I have. Because the entire bottom is black instead of the standard shiny silver, I can't see how this product would even be reflective enough for the drive to distinguish the data on the disc.

So cool looking for someone who grew up with records. They are a little pricey since there is another brand out there just as cool looking. But worth the extra price if you want the black.
