Work well for my insomnia.
I really like this melatonin for helping me sleep with my insomnia. It helps my brain calm down, so I can fall asleep, and doesn't make me feel groggy in the morning. They taste good, and are easy to chew. No issues at all.

I like the flavor and they worked well
I've been taking these for over a year now and I find within 15 minutes I'm starting to doze. I dont have a problem going to sleep, my problem is staying asleep, and these really help for that. I dont feel I have to take them and quite often I forget, so theyre not addictive, but they definitely help. I can highly recommend these

Taste good but
Firstly, they taste amazing. I eagerly anticipate my night snack. Secondly, they make me fall asleep very quickly. However, I still wake up to pee at some point. Additionally, mornings are harder to wake up for, and I feel like the melatonin is still releasing until noon, leaving me feeling dizzy throughout the day.
