Exceptional TV, but an Oversensitive Remote
The TV is fantastic. It has sensational picture quality and a great set of features. What I don’t like is that it doesn’t allow you to use multiple HDMI inputs at the same time. You can only use one HDMI input along with something like YouTube or other apps, but you can’t view two HDMI sources simultaneously. That’s the main drawback for me.Other than that, everything else is perfect in every way.The remote, however, is something I really dislike. It’s extremely sensitive, which causes constant accidental presses—switching apps or even turning off the TV without realizing it. You really need to keep the remote away from the bed or couch, otherwise you’ll end up pressing buttons by mistake all the time.On top of that, the remote has no backlight, so in the dark you can’t see any of the buttons. Considering it charges via USB-C and doesn’t use batteries, it really should have button illumination since it can be charged continuously.

Once you go OLED...
First of all the Amazon unpack crew were awesome. I'm incredibly pleased with their service. Now to the TV. WOW. OMG. AMAZING. :)For those that need more details this replaced a 10-year-old Samsung vanilla LED backlit LCD TV. My old TV had no local zones, no real HDR, and while it said I had Dolby I never got it to work. After 10 years of moderate use the LEDs are burning out leaving darker areas all over the screen. For what I paid it's been a good TV but the technology has changed a lot since I bought it.I decided to spend a little more $$ this time and try OLED and I'm glad I did. The picture is stunning and the sound is very good without any help (I will be adding 5.1). My living room is dark but even with the windows uncovered the picture is clear and bright with barely any glare.I don't like the remote because I have very large hands and it is very tiny. I have managed to use it and like that it's solar powered but seriously can't they make them a little larger?I'm not thrilled with the overly complex Samsung home screen but then I'm used to a fire stick which has a nice simple functional home screen. In all if it holds up over time I'm very pleased with both the set and the Black Friday deal on Amazon.

Bad user interface and tough to use. UPDATE: audio problems, too :-(
Ok...so the screen quality is fantastic. However the user interface and associated remote are garbage. You're given one of these oversimplified remotes with a few buttons you must master in order to use the TV. They even had to include a 'how to use this remote' tutorial because the remote and system UI is not anywhere near an intuitive design. I'm an engineer and I figured I could just turn it on and use it...not so. I've had to do the deep dive into their user help to get this thing set up and working. Its a TV...it should not be this hard. Be warned...there are product out there with equally great performance that are easier to use :-(.UPDATE: Updating my review to 1 star...avoid this product. Samsung monitors have a known issue--they add a delay/lag in the audio when connecting to external speakers/soundbars/etc. Took me a while to figure out that it was the TV and not my equipment. It is not avoidable and cannot be fixed within the TV settings. There are Reddit and other sources that tell you how to fix this with external audio separators/adaptors...none of theses solutions are cheap, reliable, or work well. If you buy this TV and want to use external video, you have no hope...its going to suck.I've been a Samsung customer for over 15 years...I used to love their products. After this, I'll likely not buy another monitor from them again. I'm so disappointed :-(

Gaming Is Absolutely 🔥 on This OLED Beast!
I’m writing this just days after setting up my Samsung S90D 65” OLED TV (purchased May 2025), and all I can say is—WOW. I am very happy with this purchase. The picture quality is jaw-dropping. Deep blacks, vibrant colors, and razor-sharp clarity make everything look incredible, whether it’s movies, sports, or streaming. But where this TV really shines for me is gaming—it is so freaking awesome! With Motion Xcelerator 144Hz and near-instant response times, gameplay is buttery smooth and totally immersive. It makes my PS5 and PC games look next-level.The Dolby Atmos sound and Object Tracking Audio are also surprisingly good for built-in speakers—it feels like the action is all around you.Setup was quick, the interface is snappy, and the AI upscaling even makes older content look fresh. Easily one of the best tech purchases I’ve made recently.

Fantastic TV!
This TV is amazing. The picture quality is unbelievably clear, and the color wow. We are thrilled we bought this TV. I highly recommend this product.

Great TV crappy remote
If it weren’t for the remote I’d give it 5 stars. The remote is too small and streamlined, makes it impossible not to f’ it up when trying to use functions. Too dark too, can’t see it with no backlight.TV is great, tho. Worth every dollar!

Great OLED picture, missed the mark on the remote.
Great OLED TV for the price when on sale. Knocked off 1 star for the remote that comes with the unit. I suppose if the TV is meant for your 2-3 year old, then the remote should fit their hand perfectly. I ended up using a wireless mouse for most of the navigation. Picture is excellent and sound is adequate even without a soundbar hooked up. Getting Alexa to work with it is something that has eluded me. Seems to work fine with other brands of TV's, but not this one. Overall a great TV even with the drawbacks. Once you go OLED, fit's hard to watch TV on anything less. Just hoping this Samsung lasts longer than 2-3 years which has been my experience with this brand of TV. Sony's and LG's are the way to go if you want a TV that will last a few years.
