Easy to swallow, pre pro and post supplement
Been on this for almost a month and I have no cramps. This was a major issue that I had with the Physicians Choice. Easy to swallow. No taste. It does its job. Value for money is good. It's really good. Pretty, pro and postbiotic.

Been using for years
These have been rebranded as "womens" probiotic, but nothing in the ingredients changed from the old branding. The main thing is it includes not just probiotics, but also *viridae which help kill other stuff in the gut to make room for the good probiotics to take hold. I notice I feel better when I take them, and less when I don't so they seem to be working. I like that they don't need to be cooled and can be at room tempt.

Pooping a lot better now
Well I tried this probiotic because my husband started taking it and I ended up deciding to take it too, in the past I’ve taken probiotics and I’ve felt nauseous for the first few days (im not sure why) but this one had me feeling Normal throughout my day. No crazy side affects it seems it’s gentle enough for sensitive stomach's. Anyways I also started noticing my bowels getting more regular and not as smelly as before! We will keep using this one for now no complaints.
