Gozney Dough Proofing Box
What I like about this dough box is that you can bulk ferment your dough overnight at first in the tray part, and then divide it up in the morning into the separate spaces, then either cold ferment or keep it in a cool place to proof, that’s where the temperature gauge comes into is own , it’s very useful and you know at a glance what temperature your dough is and if it needs cooling down, until it’s ready to use This is a quality product and made really well like all the Gozney stuff, so paying a premium goes with the territory

Ridiculous price to pay for a plastic box.
But I and many others did so......slightly more convenient than a tupperware box. The pizzas turned out no better as a result.

sehr hochwertige teigbox, die rundungen im Boden sind top um einzelnen teiglinge zu lagern. ACHTUNG nur, die box ist sehr groß und nicht für jeden Kühlschrank geeignet.
