Loss of money.
Out of 12 lights one light is defective. Now couldn't find any provision for return of one light or warranty for the product. As 11 light is installed at roof can't return all 12 lights.. so wastage of one light raises the cost. What can be done if 2-3 or more lights would have been defective or would become defective in few days ?
