Simple low-end solution to limited port space that gets the job done.
For the overall price of this docking station, I really can't complain about a single thing. The exterior is made of metal, allowing it to withstand an accidental drop or two. I have a different docking station that cost roughly 10 times the price of this one, and its thin, delicate plastic. The plastic one does however contain more ports overall, and has been able to maintain functionality as an individual unit while allocating power to the connected components efficiently. What this QGeemM USB hub does better than my expensive docking station is maintain a more stable, almost room temperature, presumably due to its metallic exterior. This is probably the most surprising aspect, as I mainly work with most if not all ports filled up at a given time. I like like that the design is slim, almost resembling a slightly oversized flash drive. The overall number of ports is rather limited as you will see in the listing photo's, with an entire side dedicated solely to USB ports (two USB 2.0 and two USB 3.0). It contains only one HDMI port, so if you require more than two monitors, and/or, there are no spare display ports on your laptop to use, that would probably a limiting factor in deciding to select this. If you laptop is modern than it is probably powered through a USB-C connection. Luckily the station contains a power input port, allowing you to free up an extra port on your physical machine. (Pro tip: you can charge your laptop and thus all the components through this port, specifically if you plug the docking station into the port you would normally charge from.). What mattered the most to me when deciding to purchase this was simple: I wanted my second monitor and I wanted an Ethernet connection. One drawback is that there is only one type-c port on the station itself, but I don't perceive this as a drawback, as modern laptops are usually doing away with all ports that are not USB. This makes having have the SD/Memory card slots another plus. So in conclusion I would definitely recommend this item. If you can assess that it contains all the ports you require, I promise you it's safe to stop looking and just add this to your cart. If these ports are sufficient then it's not even necessary to contemplate dropping hundreds of dollars on a name brand docking station. This one is durable, it's power efficient, and it doesn't produce latency in any of your peripherals or network connections. This indicates that the hardware components are of quality, and the metal exterior is only going to better protect them from accidental damage that could occur in the future. Deciding whether to opt for the lesser priced hardware is always anxiety-inducing for me. But as I have been using this every day for a week, I could perceive no difference in performance than my 150$ docking station purchased through the manufacturer. If you're on a budget, you will get a lot of value from this product. If you aren't on one, and the number of ports is enough for you, definitely just buy this and put the money you saved toward upgrading a different component of your machine. The value of this docking station is easily worth twice what it is currently going for.

great hub at an amazing price!
This awesome USB-C hub delivers 110%! It's extremely hard to find one that is functional - including for use with extended monitors, which is essential for my job, and pass-through charging which for some reason is hit or miss, even with more expensive hubs. This one is plug-and-play and has enough USB-A and USB-C ports to round out the functionality, but to extend it further, most monitors have a couple of USB ports that can be used for peripherals (BT mouse dongle, LED light strip) when the monitor is connected to the hub via DisplayPort. I tested it with two different setups, one a Dell laptop & HP monitor, the other an old-ish HP Spectra laptop and (different) HP monitor. The cherry on top is the price - a huge steal, and I would expect it to go up as the number of reviews increases, so get one now before that happens!

The One Connection Device You Need in Your Bag
This small but powerful device is all you need to connect your laptop (with a USB-C outlet) to a wide variety of devices. It is quite compact but thus far has shown capabilities matching much more expensive devices. Here are my takes on the performance: 1. Does not require a separate power source 2. Short connector cord reduces clutter on the desk top 3. Rapid connection and recognition of my 5TB Seagate Drive without any downloads, etc. 4. Compact design makes it easy to pack in your carry case (or pocket for that matter) 5. Will not charge your laptop as it is only passive and needs power from the main computer bus. 6. Has slots for memory cards. May need adaptors for some sizes. 7. Has 2 USB 3.0 slots and 2 USB 2.0 slots. 8. Only 1 HDMI slot limits use to one extra monitor unless you have USB 3.0 to HDMI converter cable 9. Has 1 RJ-45 female receptacle to link to network. All in all a very efficient design and wide range of connections available. And for the price this is a must have "tag along" for anytime you need to connect to other devices. And with the coming conversion of Apple to USB-C charging cables, this is future ready.

Awesome adaptor for setting up a home workstation on a tv or or projector.
I ordered this in hopes it would allow me to utilize my phone as a portable workstation so I could travel without needing a bunch of different cables and adaptors for all the things I needed to plug in. Everythings works great for me on the device. I can use it to pull data from portable hard drives very quickly, the memory card slots work just as fast for me as well. The only issue I have with it is that the HDMI port doesn't seem to allow audio to pass through, I have to use the aux port that's on this device for audio. I found this odd as the 8-in-1 device from QGeeM allows passthrough audio on HDMI. However that's a really minor issue, everything else works great and it's very convient to use. I can fit all that I need to use now in a small backpack in my car and just set up a quick PC anywhere anywhere I go now as long as I can borrow a screen. I've used it on a spare tv at my parents home to work on their media streaming system logging in through their Network and it worked great. And now anytime I travel I can just plug into any hotel TV that has HDMI and through my Android phone set up the split screen option to play Netflix or something on one side while I work on the other side.

Dual Use: Laptop and Cell Phone - All features work as expeted
Product was purchased to provide my laptop with an Ethernet port. However, the REAL benefit came when I used it with my mobile phone. (See Below) For the laptop: Ethernet: OK worked fine. (Prevented my Zoom Meetings from dropping over Wi-Fi) Tested the other features: SD Reader: OK USB : OK HDMI: cannot test (my laptop does not support video over USB attached HDMI) As a side benefit, I plugged it into my Mobile Phone (older Samsung S-series) to see what would work. I was ASTOUNDED what worked and I did not have to add ANY software to the phone to make it work. Ethernet: OK. With WiFi off, and a cable plugged in, my phone's browser's worked BLAZINGLY fast. Power: Phone charges when connected SD Reader: OK. Now I can use non-cloud-based offline storage and unload some stuff from my phone's internal memory... like I did with my older Samsung phone before they removed the SD port. USB : OK. Tried Mouse, Keyboard and USB Headset . All worked simultaneously and well. Yes, I could use BT devices if I wanted to as well, but it is nice to have a higher performance option. HDMI: phone directed video to HDMI. Worked well. I was amazed at how well this device added additional capability to my phone. I can pretty much use my phone as a sort-of "desktop PC" since I can have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, SD Storage and headset plugged in. I tried MS Word and PowerPoint. Both worked well. I hope the reliability holds up, that is, I hope it doesn't suddenly STOP working for no reason. ... only time will tell.

Great docking station
I have to use a Microsoft docking station on my Surface Pro 6 computer because of the port connector on the computer not being a standard USB or USB - C connector. However, that hub does not give me enough USB ports or an SD card slot. So I daisy chain the QgeeM docking station to the Microsoft Docking station and I have plenty of ports now! This configuration works great for using multiple monitors on the Surface Pro. The quality of the QgeeM docking station seems very good. I've used mine for a few months now and have found the ports to be solid even with repeated cable insertion/extraction. It works great for my purposes!

Product does not work.
This product does not work well. I have owned this for six months and the ethernet connection keeps going out. Also the mouse/keyboard run very slow and skip. I would not recommend this product

Faulty wire but still worked with my own wire connector
The cord wire was causing flickering so I used another cord to connect to it to my laptop and it was working fine. I like that it has a good number of ports but that wire was broken so that is why it got 3 stars otherwise it would of gotten 5.

Parfait sur iPad 2021 !
Enfin !

Perfect for MacBook Pro M1
Great product!! Bought it for my MacBook Pro.. and I Must say it’s a pro level product with its quality, design, number of ports etc. With lot of options available, it was confusing to buy one, after reading positive reviews I ordered this product and I am happy with the product. Only down side i could see is the length of the cord. If it’s not an issue for you then go for it.

IdeaPad Duet Chromebook (Lenovo)
