Great customer service!
*UPDATE* Vendor contacted me after reading review below, and offered a choice or refund or replacement. I chose a new mirror of the exact same style, as I quite like the features. It arrived today. I'm very pleased with the responsive customer service. And happy to have a working mirror again. Original review: Worked great ... for 4 months. I chose this because it was the tallest lighted mirror I could find. Then the lights stopped working. It will NOT charge, it will NOT work when plugged in to a USB power source. (Of course it failed right after the return date.) Very disappointing.

Sturdy, lighted and high standing.
This is a fantastic product. I needed something magnified so I can put my contacts in. It is sturdy and was the perfect solution.

tall magnifying mirror
most magnifying mirrors are on the short side but this one is quite tall, so you don't have to bend over as much. Magnification is great. Love that the light just charges and you don't have to deal with batteries.

Perfect
I love this mirror. It’s the only one that I found that extended this tall and also had a really strong magnifying side. The light (3 tones) works really well. Well made. Very happy with this purchase.

Unusable
One entire side of the mirror fell off. Completely unusable and am unable to connect with seller for refund or replacement. Total waste of $50.

Love it
I needed a lighted makeup mirror that was tall enough that I didn’t have to bend down to use. I can stand up and use this! Nothing else was tall enough. I love it! My bathroom isn’t bright enough. This is super helpful.
