Is this the old square packaging or the new pyramid pouch in the clear package?

Old square bag. Delicious taste.

How long do these tea bags last? I receive them yesterday and there is no expiration date in the package

Mighty Leaf Tea has a shelf life from 1.5 to 2 years, and we will not ship you tea that is within 6 months of it's shelf life. For the most flavorful cup, we recommend enjoying your tea within this time frame. You can still enjoy your tea after this time frame, but it will not be as flavorful or aromatic.

The chamomile citrus is caffeine free.

Are the bags made out of the clear mash ?

The tea bags are biodegradable silken very fine mesh. Hard to describe.
