I absolutely love this privacy film! It came with all the tools needed to get the job done, which made everything so much easier. The backing has helpful measurement lines, so cutting it to the right size was simple and accurate. Installation took me less than 5 minutes, and it was very straightforward, just make sure to follow all the steps and you’ll have no issues. It’s also super easy to remove, which is a huge bonus. If you travel a lot or stay in rentals that don’t have the privacy you need, you can put this up temporarily and take it down when you leave without any hassle. I originally got this for peace of mind. Even though my bathroom window faces the woods on a second floor, I still didn’t feel completely comfortable. With things like drones and other gadgets out there, it’s nice not to worry anymore. Now I can step out of the shower feeling totally at ease. It looks great, lets in plenty of light, and provides exactly the privacy I was looking for. Highly recommend!

This frosted glass window privacy film has been such a great solution for our home. We live in a residential neighborhood where houses are pretty close together, and privacy was our biggest concern. I wish I would have bought this sooner! Ok, this looks like a pain in the ass to do - but this was SO simple and SO easy. The package came with all the "tools" (exacto knife, sqeegie, spray bottle) so you literally just need to be brave and take the plunge. Measuring for accuracy is key, but super easy. Installation - used a ton of soapy water (as recommended) and it goes on super quick. The squeegie removes the air bubbles and Wah-Lah - PRIVACY! If you think you've done too many windows are are "stuck" with the result - or may only desire to have privacy "sometimes" - the film EASILY is removed and can be re-applied with more soapy water at a future date.

Looks great and no real complaints. Easy to install and like how it comes with all the necessary tools to get this done. Great size for door lites.

This worked perfect on my bathroom window to give privacy without loosing the natural light. My bathroom is tiny and my house and windows are old and so far it’s held up to all the humidity and condensation for the last 6ish months. Easy to apply and I like that it’s not permanent but stays in place like it was. Definitely worth the money!

This privacy film is the real deal (and at the price point, an actual deal)! I installed it on the lower 6 panes of our street-facing bathroom window after removing the old fashioned shutters that had hung over the lower portion of the window. The grids on the film backing make measuring and cutting very easy, and all of the tools needed for the install are included with the film, with the exception of scissors. The film cut beautifully and went on exactly as advertised. My only issue was the difficulty experienced when trying to peel off the backing from the film and a slight smell in the room for a day or so after install. I hung lace curtains over the top for added privacy, and I made sure that the film truly does provide privacy at night when the lights are on. I'd have installed the film on the top panes as well, but we'd like to be able to see the front yard and the walk up to our front door. All in all, this privacy film was exactly as advertised, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't eyeballing every other window in the house now and wondering where else I can put it.

We found an antique desk with an upper cabinet that had glass doors. I put my monitor behind the glass doors and hated that I could see it, so I gave this a try as a quick fix. This is mostly opaque, while you can see shapes / colors through it, this does block visibility otherwise. It is definitely a frosted glass look. This was easy to install and the tips to use A LOT of water worked. The kit came with a handy spray bottle. The product is thick enough that it did not rip during install and I did make sure to measure the size I needed first. My only tip would be if you can to install the product as best as possible then use a blade to cut to size for a perfect fit. As my use was on an old piece of furniture / glass I realized a bit late that measurements of one side were not the same as the other, so there is a little area not cut properly. That was my fault, so I’d recommend cutting in place if possible.

Works so well. I wanted to have sheer curtains and light in my bedroom but I did not want people to be able to see into the room obviously. This gave me the best of both worlds. Easy to put on. I needed one roll per window almost. You can see the difference in the photos.
