HI-VOLTAGE™ Electric (Light-Medium (9-46))

9/11/16 is garbage, because of the extremely weak 11 B string. I don't know why that's standard. Not exclusively a DR thing. If the 11 is a 12, then the E and B are equal tension and the G is a slight bump up, which is kind of how guitar sounds and feels right. DR uses a 44 for the A for some reason. This makes it 30 lbs tension while the low E is only 23. So I can't work with this brand even though they make a wide array of excellent strings. I'd probably like a custom Veritas set and sometimes use the Dimebags or Hi-Beams.

Been through 5 packs of these now, easily the best set of strings I've ever used. I rip on the whammy constantly, never broke a string. The string life is amazing as well, been on my previous set for like 5 months, and they still sound almost brand new. Used a few different brands beforehand and none compare to these.

Good solid strings

I absolutely love how smooth these strings are on the finger tips. They have a great sound to them as well. They bend easily. I just upgraded my Chinese made B. C Rich Warlock with black Guyker locking tuners and a roller bridge and strung it up with these strings. I still need to upgrade the nut, but I'm leaving that to the luthier. I recommend these strings, so far. They have a good crunch to them. Well see how long the coating holds up.

First thing is take a good look at the picture on the package. It's Dimebag's signature set. All of the HighVoltage Dime DR strings are sized for how Dime wanted them and how he played. The 9/46 is for his standard tuning, for lower tunings the 10/52.

Best strings on the market !!! Super durable, the feel is amazing, they respond well just over all really high quality strings I love them only strings I use I buy 5-6 at a time and keep them stocked up.

I didn't choose this set of strings just because it had dimebag all over it, but its because Ive used DR string before and think they have a really great string life and the tone is just amazing even after constant bending riffing and whammy bar abuse. These strings also have Stringlife applied to them before boxing and this just extends the life of the string even further. DR strings have great tone and great durability and thats the reason why i chose these over other brands.

Muchas cosas positivas de estas cuerdas. Al colocarlas y ponerlas en el tono correcto, no se desafinaron nada. Casi no es necesario ni cortar el sobrante. El sonido es muy bueno tanto graves como agudos. Sin dudas volveré a comprarlas. Felicidades al vendedor por tener un producto de tanta calidad.

Buen tono, duran muchísimo, no tienen mal tacto, y el precio puedes buscar la oportunidad

My favourite strings

Very unimpressed.In a floyd rose set up the Low e and a string keeps snapping in standard tuning.I will definitely not be buying again...
