Do they hold anykind of pressure?

Some - haven’t tested it, but if you’re using it in the wall of anything that’s not metal (e.g. plastic drum, 5gal bucket) it certainly will be sufficient. The vessel would fail first. It will hold 20’ water head pressure no problem.

I want to use them in a solar evacurated vacuum tube system. ?Will outdoor weather, sun, or hot water destroy them?

I'm using them in outdoor fish tanks - in the sun. They seem immune, so far, after 3-1/2 years. They are vulcanized rubber, like tires. You know how long it takes a tire to dry rot in the sun? Consider these the same, I think. They're really great.. Keep in mind, in your design, that they can only go through in one direction. I suggest you use a short piece, right at the uniseal, and connect it with a flexible hose coupler, to any longer piece. That's how I use them. Otherwise, dismantling a/o moving can be a big hassle, or you'll have to cut the pipes that go through the uniseal before you can dismantle yoru system.

will it function if the tank wall thickness is 1/2"?

Thicker the better, really thin plastic makes it harder to work
