Excellent product and design.
I don't understand how every one of these reviews isn't a 5 star rating.Review of supplier:I just received my 'Paige' replacement capo sleeve in a very fast 2 days at a killer price. Under $2 to have a virtually brand new capo, as opposed to having to buy a whole new capo.Product review:What a great product to offer for another great product. The 'Paige' capos are absolutely fantastic. And compared to a VERY similar designed Elliot brand capos which are priced starting at over $135 and up, the 'Paige' capos are priced extremely assessable for the musician. I could buy these replacement sleeves for the rest of my life, and never spend what it would cost to buy one of the Elliot models. One of these Amazon product reviews said that the replacement sleeves don't have the 'Paige' logo on it. Um, yeah...right...they don't. Which is great! The wonderful 'Paige' company doesn't endorse me, so why do I need to provide free promotion of their product? I love that it's a plain black tube. 'Paige', if you read this, I'd love to be an endorsed artist and would proudly fly your logo, but until then, this is perfect.Ok, and for the folks saying that it's hard to slide on. Really? It was snug, and it should be. I don't want mine to roll around the capo's arm or fall off. I want the tightest fit possible to retain as much tone as possible. Again, perfect job, 'Paige'.(For those struggling to put these on, I used just a very little dab of WD-40 on the capo arm to work it over the last bit. But I really had no issues putting it on.)And lastly, folks saying that the sleeve is too long. Yes, it is longer that the arm. However, I don't see how this is an issue. This is so you can size the tube to fit it exactly to your particular capo and taste. I love that I was able to simply use a box cutter to trim off the excess after I sized it to my specifications. If the company would've sized these shorter, this section would be filled with complaints about it not being long enough. Again, perfect job designing these replacement sleeves.I love the 'Paige' capo and design. I've had the one I'm using now for over 5 years, and only need to change these sleeves when they start to get deep grooves that can hinder the contact between the capo sleeve, strings and guitar fretboard. A few dollars every so often to keep my capo working as it should and my tone intact, is worth it.If you have a 'Paige' capo, purchase these with confidence.

Excellent product that saved me about $15
Excellent product that saved me about $15.00 not having to buy a new capo. I read the reviews and was reluctant to purchase. Being an add on item and I was buying some other items decided to give it a try. For $3.00, why not. All you need is a heat gun or hair dryer (blower style) and a single edge razor blade. You do not have to heat it too hot (several seconds) and it slides easily on. Cut to length and it's done. Time: about 30 seconds + getting the heat gun/hair dryer and razor blade and putting them up. 2 - 3 minutes maybe. Love the Paige Capo and it's a shame to throw a nice capo away when it just needs a new rubber sleeve.

it is just fine, and will do the job
This will work, BUT I found out too late that the PAIGE logo word is NOT on this product, and it is just a piece of black tubing. Plain and simple. If you want that logo, don't purchase. Other than that, it is just fine, and will do the job. I also read from several others on banjo and guitar forums that this rubber does not function as well as the original (not as hard, some say). I will see how it works and try to remember to re-post. :-)

Does not have PAIGE logo
It was great to find this replacement as the original rubber fell apart after a few years. Unfortunately the item did not have the PAIGE logo as described which I did like. It also was not a perfect fit on my capo and had to be cut down about a 1/4". Other than that it works great.

Good as new
Replacement sleeve makes the capo just like new. It comes slightly larger which I like so you can trim it to fit the maximum hoverage of metal bar. I just used a razor blade to cut it. The tricky part is getting it on cause the fit is super tight. U just have to work it slowly and inch it on (actually by milimeters) I used a small amount of food grade silicone grease to get it on easy. Works great I love the design of this capo that the contact area is replaceable n is adjustable tension from center n stores behind the nut so no lost capo.

So glad to be able to find these
So glad to be able to find these. The capo is great, but these sleeves wear out. If you are willing to struggle a bit to replace them, the capo is a great value. Comparable items are now coming on the market at 300% prices.

I like that it is longer than needed
I like that it is longer than needed. I hate that it doesn't have the logo. I will miss the logo.

Three Stars
These capo sleeves are not produced by Paige. They work well, but have to be trimmed to fit.
