Great for elderly people so easy to use
Bought for my elderly mother. She can use it easily. No buttons to answer just open the phone and finish call by closing. Also has two memory numbers she can just press to ring instead of scrolling to find a number. Highly recommended

The plug does not work
I just received my phone, and it seems to be working fine. However, I ordered a plug along with the phone, and it doesn’t work. I tested it with other plugs in my home, and they functioned successfully. The plug I received looks nothing like the one shown on Amazon, and it is not working at all. I'm very disappointed, especially since to get a replacement, I have to return the entire package. Amazon was unable to send me a replacement plug, which has been quite a hassle. I'm truly a dissatisfied customer.

Didn't even last a year, warranty worthless
Phone didn't even last 1 year, and trying to activate the warranty was like pulling teeth. Gave up and purchased another brand instead.
