This water feature looks gorgeous, and makes just the perfect level of water sound, there is a very feint hum from the pump, that you will only hear on a really quiet still night above the sound of the water. Some have previously commented that the water is too loud, this is not the case, if anything, I'd prefer a little more. Like any water feature, it will form algae in the pools, but this makes it look more natural. Evaporation loss is minimal thanks to a large hidden reservoir, just remember to top it up when you are watering your garden. The level can be determined to your personal preference, as even if the lower pool is empty (but water is filled to just below this) the pump will be fully submerged. The lower pool edge also has a neat feature, as there is a small rock crevice that sets the maximum water level and ensures that the lower pool will never look like it's overfilled. Lots of rock platforms on each level for you to add your own ornaments, and the design makes sure vegetation doesn't build up inside the reservoir, and is easy to keep clear. It's a heavy unit even when empty, all one piece, so set up is really easy, separate cables for lights and pump allow you to control lights separately. Both cables are nice and long and allow you to position a long way from the power source. It's a tall unit, so looks best nestled in among some trees or bushes. We changed the planned location completely when we got it out of the box as it would have looked wrong out on it's own as we had originally planned. Added bonus is that the lights light up the canopy of the tree that it is under. Love this feature and will be buying more from this manufacturer in the future.

Arrived intact and well packaged and works well once installed. But there are snags. The electrics comprise separate cabling for the pump and the lighting system. The pump cable is a good length, robust and suitable for outdoor use. The lighting system has a longer, thin low voltage cable that is for indoor use or must be ducted for outdoor installation. It plugs into a transformer that has its own, much shorter cable that is suitable for outdoor use. Consequently, both systems,with different length cables, need to be plugged into 2 outdoor power sockets. I have ducted both cables together back to the power point. Optimally, it would have been better if both systems were joined together with a waterproof junction, the lighting transformer secured in the water feature; and a single outdoor cable provided to take the whole system back to the power supply. The "user manual" is poorly translated into pidgin english and very confusing. It covers several models and it is not easy to pick out the bits that apply to my purchase. There are no instructions regarding care of the system in winter. Does it need to be drained off? Should the pump be removed prior to hard frost or icy conditions? Having said that the water feature is a most attractive addition to our garden.

This water feature has added new interest to a tired area of our award winning garden. It is well designed and sturdy - it should last years. The waterfalls are interesting and gentle. You can adjust the flow using a wheel on the front of the pump. We have ours on the lowest setting which provides excellent flow without excessive noise to disturb neighbours. Even on a higher setting you can expect not too much noise. The lighting is beautiful and sufficient to illuminate the waterfalls without being obtrusive or too bright even in the dark. It makes the water sparkle during the day. The moulding and colour is realistic but the feature benefits from close planting around the base and near the sides to soften its appearance and blend it into the garden setting. It needs a waterproof connection of a pond distribution board or a purpose made box enclosing an ordinary plug and socket but these are available cheaply from off the Web to suit your requirements. There MUST be an RCD breaker used. Easy. Highly recommended. The instructions are a bit vague and there are more than this unit described but careful thought and you’ll find it easy. Supplied without a plug. 5 amp fuse needed.

This was expensive and did not look as advertised in photos-looked cheaper with more brown areas which looked plasticky.More importantly,I had put ‘solar powered’ in my search bar and this was amongst the other solar powered items-it is NOT solar powered;I did not spot this in the small print.It was difficult to return-sack barrow and unhappy post office counter person!And -it cost me £95 to return!!!!Will NOT be ordering from this company again -or indeed large or costly items from Amazon ………

Our water feature was damaged in several places but the packaging wasn’t so it must of been sent damaged. There was a piece missing and this wasn’t in the box which again confirm this was parcelled up damaged. We need to know how we can return it now please without paying plus it is a big package to try and fit in my car so we will need this to be picked up by a courier.

The water flow over the rock is impressive but the lighting lets a good product down even in total darkness they are hard to see

Just arrived today, very easy to install (less than 30 minutes), instructions clear but you do get instructions for just about all their water features, so you need to find the right ones. Already had garden power so it was just a case of placing it, hooking up the internal water pipe, light power and pump power. Added water and wow, what a great addition to our garden.

I ordered this item, was given a delivery date, I was however I was pleasantly surprised to see it arrived 2 days earlier than suggested. Looks good, appears solid construction. Had to purchase 2 x plugs as it does not have them fitted unlike everything electrical I have purchased for many years. The instructions can be confusing, but with some common sense its easy enough to install. Had it come with plugs already fitted and more appropriate instructions I would have rated with 5 stars, other wise happy with the item.

Richtig cooles Teil. Allerdings sind die Bilder etwas irreführend. Einige Steine sind rot. Aber das ist nicht schlimm. Bei mir zu Hause ist es so sogar besser, weil jener Rot Ton super zum Klinker am Haus passt. Schuko Stecker muss man sich noch selbst besorgen und anmontieren. Aber auch das ist halb so wild. Dafür gäbe es einen halben Stern Abzug. Ich belasse es dennoch bei 5 Sternen, da 4,5 nicht möglich sind und 4 Sterne diesem schönen Brunnen nicht gerecht werden würden :-)

Wir haben den Brunnen nun schon seit 3 Jahren und sind nach wie vor begeistert. Er ist bei Tag und Nacht Highlight unserer Terrasse. Der Stein wirkt absolut echt.

Vorhanden Stecker konnten nicht genommen werden laut Elektriker ansonsten alles gut steinoptik ist sehr gut pumpen Geräusche etwas zu laut würde mich freuen wen man diese etwas niedriger einstellen kann
