BMW INPA K+DCAN with FT232RL NCS Coding Winkfp Tool32 Programing

I was not sure what operating system my home computer had but I ordered this item anyway. The software and drivers loaded ok but would not see my car computer connection. I found out that I have windows 10 64-bit and was afraid I wouldn't be able to code my car. Because the seller gives you his email, I was able to contact them and get the problem resolved easily. The seller was very helpful in understanding and making the changes needed to get me working. There is a large time difference between the 2 of us but they were still very quick to respond. I order a decent amount of stuff online. I get some items with poor quality or long waits, but I received this item quickly and it works great. I just programmed my new fuel injector and it works great. Now, I am researching some of the things that can be changed in the cars programming. You can scan for trouble codes and you can reprogram parts of the car's computer you never thought possible. Just be careful, it's a powerful tool. With the price, quality, shipping, and service, I would recommend this item to anyone. And if you're having trouble with it, simply contact the seller, they want to help. Thanks

First the hardware, this is what I made the purchase for, an after reviewing other reviews I decided on this one. And it does work great. Build quality seems to be decent for a cheaper product. The chip inside the plug has a lot of support from the manufacturer, as well as other tools and updated drivers etc. Now for the software, I haven't went back on the CD to double check everything again, but it could use a few more instructions for installation and use. If you have never messed with any type of software such as this or not extremely familiar with diagnostic programs I wouldn't really recommend buying this based on the given software. Now if you have plenty of time to search and lots of research this setup can prove to be very very useful. I found most the documents online to figure out how to program different computers in the BMW ecosystem. Even used DME's, which most people you talk to says it can not be done. An I have had this for a few months now and no problems with the hardware whatsoever. I did however download different versions of some of the software an then had to download the sp daten files.

First thing, I Never leave reviews for nothing I ever brought online. Ebay, amazon ex. My personal reason. The shipping was super fast. I live in Hawaii and two days that’s a first. Product was as described and packaging A+. Now the best part of this experience for me was that I emailed the seller and I got back a response with in about an hour. Downloaded what was needed and he or she came in on my laptop remotely and did the rest. I don’t know much about computer so it took a little back and fourth on my part. It only took 5-8 minutes to complete. To be honest for product and service it could be more. I know I would charge. Everything works great on my E90. Great product, awesome seller and service. Can't really review having trouble installing on my computer software doesn't want to work need help

The rig was purchased to register a new battery in the BMW. The INPA software worked well to register the battery. Revising the battery capacity was more difficult and the instructions did not follow the various files and such that needed to be retrieved. The Tool 32 instructions need to be totally revised to match the software and the BMW's CAS. But registration gets the system to about 90% compliant with the battery. Phone support was good but the capacity revision needs more instruction as it is very complex.

Good item and good customer service

While the software is readily available from various sites, I bought their package to make it easy to get and to have their included cable. What I wasn’t so thrilled about are the suspect software that rides along with the INPA package. I installed it with antivirus disables per their instructions, but almost immediately noticed attempts to pop up windows on my stand alone maintenance laptop. Updated my antivirus software and scanned computer and it went ape $h*t on the extras. Let it clean things up, and the program still runs just find. If the seller didn’t intend to include the suspect software, then they need to run an antivirus program on their dvd rom disks before shipping.

If you're not the savviest of technical people, this is a solid setup to get you configured to use the BMW software. Do take note of which models you're looking to connect to and make sure it's compatible with this cable. All the information is there in the description (that I failed to read)... Don't be like me. I consider myself pretty technical and I still had issues with the install. Thankfully the remote tech support is readily available in the evening hours in the US. They were able to jump on short notice and help check your installation. I'd suggest having the car within wifi range so during the live sharing, they can confirm if the connection is successful to the car.
