Overheating and didn't even start
The product seemed original though the package was open even didn't have a seal and when plugged didn't even start just went into update n next said it overheated wait to cool down.. waited for over 30 minutes on shut down n still same error. Now it wouldn't even start. Received and unboxed in 30 mins n surprised with the product... not sure wat to do with the game discs I bought additionally as the console doesn't even start.
