I'm not getting paid for this but I'll gladly take their money. Lol I thought the O'CEDAR brand model of this would be better. NO. It sucked compared to the joy moop. I even go on the Facebook posts if the O'CEDAR knockoff and warn people how bad it is. The joy moop system is far superior. I just wish the mop heads were better made. The cleaning surface is still good, but the tags on the back that hold it in place are flimsy and give up after a month or so. If you're looking to buy one of these types, go for the joy moop. The O'CEDAR is awful. Go look on Facebook... you'll see my reviews of it.

I purchased the complete set a couple years ago and my granddaughter broke my mop trying to fit it in tge wrong way. I absolutely love this product and even my daughter had to have one when she went off to college. No more ringing out a mop and makes cleaning walls easier.

Best mop ever mine lasted for three years the bucket still going but once the mop joint loosens, it's hard to use. So in three years, I'll buy another one, but I highly recommend it. It is awesome works great gets underneath. Everything won't use any other kind of mop ever again.

This is a great mop. The versatility and great drying method and design of the bucket are really perfect for cleaning up quick spills in a kitchen . I have a steam mop, and this has much better convenience and is also lighter sleeker and easier to use than a libman mop or traditional mop and bucket. The downside is this thing just keeps breaking. The magnet that holds it together goes bad. Every 6-8 months or so I have to spend $22 to get a new one. And that lack of longevity and quality is a really downside. The craftsmanship on the magnet is really poor. I have owned one for about 2 years and it’s the same story every 6-8 months I have to replace the mop stick. I don’t like how wasteful that is both for money and the landfill waste. In contrast the libman mop I have that cost me about the same has lasted over 9 years….

I clean for a living so I use this mop pretty much daily! I would like it if the mop was a bit more heavy duty as I have broken a few mop handles. And the mop pads tend to wear out quickly and rip along the sides. Overall I love the design I just wish the quality was better.

I don’t always come back to write a review, but this mop deserves it!! I won’t say I have OCD, but I’m VERY PARTICULAR about traces that some of the mops leave on the floor. This mop leaves none!! It’s amazingly easy to use! Look no further, you found your mop!

This JOYMOOP flat mop is simply excellent. The microfiber pads pick up dust, dirt and hair really well, and it glides smoothly over all floor types. It feels sturdy and well-made, and is very easy to assemble, use and clean afterwards. It makes floor cleaning much faster and easier. Definitely one of the best mops I’ve tried—highly recommended!

This arrived in a surprisingly small box, and I'll admit my first thought was that Amazon had sent me the wrong product. Turns out everything was there—it was just packed much more efficiently than I was expecting. Assembly was straightforward. Everything twists together easily, and I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a cleaning pad included. It's one of those little things that shouldn't be exciting, but it is. Much like batteries, more companies should include the bits you actually need to use the product straight away. It's lightweight, easy to use, and doesn't take up much room when it's stored away. I'd definitely recommend it for cleaning walls, windows, and glass. I don't personally use it as a floor mop, but that's more because I have a commercial cleaning background and already have tools I prefer for floors. For the jobs I bought it for, though, it's been fantastic. Overall, a really handy cleaning tool that does exactly what I wanted it to do.
